MLM Training - Walmart vs. Amazon Prime Day July 15: There is a lesson to be learned here.

The information I want to share with you will benefit your business and help you earn an income and grow your business as well.

We all know that Walmart and Amazon are BIG companies. What's really happening with these companies is just business. It's all about competition and sales. That's it plain and simple.

As for Amazon Prime Day on July 15, they want people to sign up for their prime membership (which costs $99 per year) and in return they will get free shipping with a purchase of course. The whole idea behind the Prime membership is to force people purchase every month from them.

Example:
Let's do some calculations: $99 x 1,000 people that sign up for Prime membership. This means Amazon made $99,000. Now recognize that Amazon already offers free shipping products they sell (purchase must be over $35). Now assuming there are no hoops to jump through on their Prime membership, this may be good however I do believe this is purely to get more people to shop more at Amazon (weekly or monthly). People will say I have paid for it, I might as well order from them, not realizing this is exactly what Amazon wants them to do.

Now Walmart comes along, they want to take it a step further by offering the same kind of deal without having to sign up for a membership. They want more online sales as well with kind of twist to it. You can read the entire article at the link below:

We all know about Sam's, Club, they charge their customers a membership fee that allows members/customers to buy products in bulk at discount prices? Who is it that owns Sam's Club? Walmart! Hmmm just something to think about.

The lesson here is that it's a simple business strategy that any business owner can plan to do and make money doing it. I'm sure on July 15, 2015, both of these business giants made some big time money online from the publicity by news media and all the promotion and advertising by Amazon and Walmart.

It was someone's idea and they took action and made it happen. The result from an idea was absolutely without a doubt a success for both Amazon and Walmart online.

All Walmart did was take advantage of an opportunity to get a piece of the action that Amazon called "Prime Day"  which started from an idea. Walmart wanted to boost their online sales by using Amazon's Prime Day to help them.

My question to you is: Have you had an idea that may have resulted in big income for your business?

If you answered YES, did you take action and do it?

If you took action and made a profit in your business. Good for you and always remember, an idea can only live when you take the appropriate action to keep it alive. An idea cannot live if no action is taken to nourish it to make it grow.

I’m going to tell you a little story.

It’s about a man who wanted to know the secret of success, and decided to find out from a Guru.

Now this was a wise, old sage who knew every secret of Life. He lived in
splendid isolation on a mountain-top. Our hero set out on his difficult
journey to meet this wise man.

He was determined to reach the top, and so he got over many obstacles on
his way. Fighting through thick forests, scaling huge boulders, escaping
from wild beasts, at last he clambered to the peak and lay on the
ground, gasping for breath.

A few minutes later, he sat up… and beheld the Guru seated in deep meditation.

Silently, he waited. Almost an hour later, the Guru opened his eyes and glanced at the man. He raised an inquiring eyebrow.

The man stammered, “Oh wise and all-knowing seer, I come to you in search of the secret of success.”

The Guru didn’t reply. He simply stood up and started walking down the hill.

The man followed. He found it difficult to keep pace with the old man, who
seemed to skip from one rock to the other like a mountain-goat. They
walked steadily for another hour, and he wondered if they were going
back to the foothills.

Suddenly, they came upon a clearing. In the middle was a clear lake. The waters
were still, glinting softly in the rays of a setting sun.

The Guru walked up to the edge of the lake and beckoned the man closer. With a gesture, he asked him to kneel down.

Unquestioningly, the man did as the Guru ordered.

MLM Training - What Should You Say If They "Don't Have The Money"

As you talk with people about your business, sooner or later a response you are going to hear is "I don't have the money".



Don't try to justify yourself  and manipulate the other person with comments like "well it's not much when you compare it with..." you're setting yourself up for rejection and failure.

Do yourself and everyone else a big favor and don't make that mistake.

A common response many Distributors get from the people they speak with is, “I don’t have the money”.
The standard network marketing reply that most Distributors are taught goes something like this…
“I know how you feel. Many people I first spoke with felt the same way and what they found when they started, was that it was the best thing they did….”

Or they justify it with…

“Well it’s not really much money when you compare it with starting a franchise, yadda, yadda, yadda…!”
If you use these, or any other techniques designed to justify or manipulate the other person to say or do something… I suggest you do yourself, your potential partner, and the industry a big favour… STOP! Unless of course you’re only interested in using hit or miss strategies and attracting at best about 1% of the people you talk with and upsetting the rest!

So what to do?

Well how about allowing me to ask you… Do you know what someone means when they say they don’t have the money?

I think you may find the answer is no!

People’s words, statements and questions very rarely reflect what we think they mean. To think you know otherwise puts your potential relationship severely in jeopardy.

So instead of guessing, why not ask?

MLM Training - The Worst Words To Hear In Network Marketing

The worst words to hear in network marketing are:

GROUND FLOOR OPPORTUNITY!

Over 90% of the companies that get started, don't make it 2 years. And most of the rest are gone after 5 years.

Your chances aren't much worse playing the lottery.


It's important to choose a company that has proven it will be around long-term. Pre-launch deals don't qualify. Only a very small percentage of them will last even 2 years.


Your benchmark should be at least 2 years. It takes that long to knock the cobwebs out of it. It takes 2 years to get their ducks in a row, to get their campaigns together, to get everything approved in different countries, to get warehouses built, and all that stuff.


They've already survived a lot of the normal growing pains. They have much better long-term prospects than any "pre-launch". Make them prove themselves by being around 2 years before you commit your time & money to that business.

I am being straight forward and totally honest with you.

When you hear those words "Ground floor opportunity" then take time to think about what it really means.

It means the company is NEW.  They haven't made any money yet. Noone has made any money yet. Here you join this company and telling people to sign up to lock in their position.

Bling! Bling! Lock in your position to what?

People this is hype and the worst kind because they are building up your hopes and your efforts of promoting will be wasted. Your reputation is at risk because you are promoting a business opportunity that is based on hype. You haven't earned any money and so everyone is lying that is promoting this program.

What a waste of time. Over 90% of the companies don't make 2 years. Are you getting this inside your brain.

The only way you can find a good business is to get the skills and training needed to succeed online. People are so in a hurry to earn money online, they skip the step of education and training. They end up feeling like a failure and frustrated with online marketing.  They believe that network marketing is a scam. It's not!

MLM Training - Find Somebody Who Already Has The Dream

When you target people who don't know anything about MLM, you'll spend all your time trying to build them a dream, trying to convince them, trying to get them to believe the way you believe.

It's kind of like religion. Let's say you're a Baptist and I'm a Catholic, and you want to convert me. Well, good luck! Why try to convert somebody? Just go find somebody who's already in your religion, and talk to those people.

Otherwise, you'll spend all your time trying to motivate somebody, trying to get them to have a dream ... rather than building your business. When you work with people who don't already understand MLM, there's a good chance they'll head down the road the wrong way. Often they've heard bad things, and that's all they'll focus on.
 

And so you spend ALL your time trying to change that person's mind. It's a waste of time.

What you need to do is find somebody who already has the dream. Your life will go a lot easier.

This is simple enough and if you choose to do it the hard way, then you might as well get out of your network marketing company now and save yourself a lot of heartache. You will NOT succeed if you target people who don't know about MLM.

Network marketing is a relationship business, NOT a sales business. When you take the time to LISTEN, and ask the right questions. You will be able to determine if  the person is qualified to be your business partner.  You will know immediately if this is a potential prospect for your business. Please don't waste time targeting the wrong people for your business. Apply what I am sharing with you today.

MLM Training - Are You Marketing Or Selling And Do You Even Know?

I will give you the truth and facts so you can make a decision based on what I am going to share with you.

First I will start by giving you the definition of "marketing" and "selling." Some people believe they are different and I will explain why I think they are the same.

You decide and feel free to leave your comment below after you hear what I have to say.

Okay this is the definition of Marketing - the total of activities involved in the transfer of goods from the producer or seller to the consumer or buyer, including advertising, shipping, storing or seller.

Now this is the definition of Selling - most basically defined as providing a good or service in exchange for some type of value. Essentially, accepting money for anything is selling. Something with the expectation of a payment for the goods or services rendered.

This is my explanation of why I believe they are the same. Let me start with the word 'marketing' and the definition above. Let's reference what's highlighted in yellow, the transfer of goods. Now I think you know what the word transfer means. Here's the definition just for the record "to remove from one place, person, etc., to another." Marketing involves removing goods from the producer or seller to the buyer, including advertising, shipping, storing or seller. So this mean you are selling because you are engaged in activities to transfer goods to the consumer or buyer. This includes advertising online and offline, storing of products to sell and shipping if necessary to the buyer.

Next I shall talk about the word 'selling' and reference what's highlighted in green. Selling is providing goods or service in exchange for some type of value. Essentially, accepting money for anything is selling. Something with the expectation of a payment for the goods or service rendered. The seller is delivering goods or service to the consumer or buyer in exchange for some type of value. The seller is expecting payment usually in the form of money for the goods or service given. I do believe that selling and marketing is the same thing. According to the definition of marketing and selling above. A few people may believe they are different. I do believe marketing and selling are the same. Marketing is ALL the activities involved to selling your products or service. Internet Marketing - Are Your Marketing Efforts Paying YOU?

Goals - Nothing Comes To A Sleeper But A Dream (Part 2)

This is the conclusion of a previous post I wrote titled "Goals - If You Are Not Dreaming, You Are Not Living"

Now what am I referring to here. I will put it like this, so many people go through life and never take action on their goals and dreams.

These people are the sleepers and just going through life doing the same old routine of going to work on a 9 to 5 job. They are not doing anything to make their life better.

They are stuck in a rut and this will not do to improve the quality of their life.

Anything worth having requires work. Nothing comes to the person who won't do anything to change their situation, and this post is for ALL the people who are on the internet looking for a business opportunity to earn residual income from home.

Please, please don't give up there is help for you.
All you MUST do is get educated and get a mentor that will hold you accountable so that you can achieve your goals.

Internet Marketing - Stop Puking On Your Prospects

It doesn't look good when you do.

People will not have any respect for you.

It's because you have a money agenda and people will know this when you pitch on them and don't take the time to get to know them first.

What will happen to you?

You will get labeled as a spammer and this will ruin your reputation.

Surely this is not what you want to do for your business.

When you jump on your prospect and begin to tell them about your business opportunity without knowing them, this is a big TURNOFF!

Oh no!

What are you going to do?

This calls for some serious revamping and changing your way of doing things online.

Don't do what other folks on Facebook are doing, they setup a profile and then proceed to join as many groups as they can. Next they begin posting their links in all the Facebook groups that they joined. Never attempting to make a connection with members in the group.

When posting in Facebook groups, instead of posting and running. You should attempt to make a connection by saying hello to someone that is in the group. A simple comment on their post will do, and this is the beginning of interaction because they will get a notification that a comment was made on their post. Now the only thing about this is many people don't even bother to check their notifications located in the top left corner of your profile. However if they are online then it will appear in the lower left corner and they will see it pop up and they should respond by posting a comment.

This works for me and there is one more thing I should tell you about this. When choosing which post to comment on, you should watch for the ones that are using the Hootsuite app. I don't comment on those because they are posted at various times that has been preset and this means that they are not on Facebook or online. Most of the people that use Hootsuite make post like "Inbox me" for info and they believe and expect people will to contact them. The only ones who will contact them will be those wanting to pitch on them about their business opportunity.

This just doesn't work on Facebook. There has to be a connection and  it is up to you to do that so that you will learn more about the people in the group. People just don't get it, pitching your business to someone you don't even know is ludicrous and not smart for business. All it leads to is frustrations and failure, this will lead to you quitting. I see this everyday on Facebook and the people that are doing this don't have a clue. It's time to do something different. YOU can start by making a connection with people and the Facebook groups will work very well for you.

I produced a video on creating and using Facebook groups successfully. I will share it with you at the end of this post. All my groups are successful and have grown over time. You get to meet people and learn more about them by connecting to see if they are a fit for your business before presenting to them.

RELATIONSHIPS IS THE KEY!

I say this all the time to people, when you take the time to get to know people first then this is the best thing you can do for your business.

This is very important to keep in mind. Be different don't do what other people are doing on Facebook. You will stick out like a sore thumb on Facebook in a good way. People will be attracted to you and this is what you want. It will allow you to connect with people because they will be attracted to you and this is the beginning of building a relationship. Word of caution when you get friend request, be sure to check their profile to learn more about them and see what is on there profile. If you find a profile with no picture and nothing posted, this is usually a red flag to me. If they haven't taken the time to put a profile picture up or any information to know who they are. You don't know who you are dealing with. Think about this very carefully before you confirm them as a friend.

People get on Facebook and start sending friend request to people they don't know and they end up getting blocked by Facebook, it is allowed for someone to send 20 or 30 friend request but Facebook doesn't want you to wear it our. They will warn you and stop you if you continue to do it. This is not the kind of behavior they want on their site. Besides most of these people who you send a friend request to will not confirm you. It takes time to build your friend list on Facebook and this is where groups can help you, when it's done the right way. Using the information I shared with you above is a great start and will benefit you greatly and you won't be wasting time or energy.

It has worked great for me and has allowed me to start my own networking site for bloggers and article writers. You are welcome to check it out and join for free. My reason for starting the site is for blog and content syndication, backlinks, SEO and branding your name online.  When you decide to join, you will be getting free organic traffic from the search engines to your blog and articles that you share. MLM Training - If your #1 network marketing product is not remarkable, you are invisible.

You need a product people will buy even with no compensation plan. Otherwise, it will take way too much work for anyone to build your business.

I get calls from people who tell me they're searching for a product that truly inspires them. And that is exactly the wrong way to set yourself up for a long-term successful network marketing business.
Instead, search to find a mob of people raving about a product‚ THEN
Fall in Love With THAT Product!

Be a passionate advocate for it. Find a product with a HUGE market and fall in love with it.

Some people love to work for companies with a product that fits their self-image ‚ but they can't make a dime on it.

Do yourself a favor. Focus on the people. Focus on the market. Use Google. Search & compare products. Find something that a ton of people are excited about. Choose a product that everyone else wants.

And then, as you build your people, let them know the wisdom of doing the same thing.
Let me give you an example.

When People Are Excited About a Product, They Run To The Marketplace!
I ask this question of people all the time:
"Do you know anybody who is a diabetic, or who has a blood-sugar disorder?" Never once has anyone told me, "No."

So my next question to them is, "Do you think that person would like to know about a product that's all natural, that costs less than $20, that has been proven to help rebuild the pancreas, and can possibly reduce or eliminate their need for insulin?"
The answer is always "Yes," and they are very excited about that.
And that person YOU know who has a blood-sugar disorder - do you think they may know 10 people who'd like the same information? THAT is the kind of excitement you can create with a hot, sizzle product that has people feelling the difference in days, not weeks or months.

Another example - do you remember Excel long distance service, non-network marketers took the product to the market. We were all paying 40 cents a minute for long distance back then. When Excel started reselling long distance, you paid 30 cents a minute. And if you had your friends & family on it, you got it for 15 cents a minute.
So non-network marketers took that product to the marketplace. They didn't care whether there was a compensation plan. It was obviously a huge improvement over the 40 cents a minute that everybody was paying.
So do yourself a favor. Find yourself a product that already has a huge market, and then fall in love with THAT product. Your business will almost build itself.

MLM Training - Are These Cycler Programs For Real?

Good day to you.

I will start by saying, this is my way of giving you the facts to make a sound decision before you sign up for a cycler program.

It just makes me mad to see people lose their hard-earned money when it could have been avoided.

People need clarity and understanding of how they are getting paid and what they have to do.

With these cycler programs, what they tell you the majority of the time is that you just get 2 or 3 people in and that's it. You pay one time and make residual income too.

This is not true because if you just joined and you haven't made any money yet,  IT WILL NOT BE  BELIEVABLE.

Why? You are repeating what they told you.

Let's consider some facts:

1. You invested a small amount of money, and tell people this because you want to get people on their conference calls or webinars. Oh yes you will have to get on the calls too so they can program you on what to say to people.

2. All these cycler programs will tell you to get people on their conference calls and let them make the pitch for you (of course they won't call it that).  It is what it is. In actuality, you're building their list and doing all the work for them.

3. You have a recruiting agenda because if you don't sponsor anyone in the program, nothing will happen. This means you are not making money.

Yeah yeah I know what you are thinking. YOU have to sponsor people in any business opportunity if you want to make money online. However you must have a value priced product or service to give people value for their money. This is true, so listen to me and let's dig a little deeper on this.

What does this mean for you in these Cycler programs if you don't get the minimum number of people to join you?
Answer: 1) YOU will not make any money. 2) you will quit very fast

These Cycler systems are all the same, and don't get me wrong I have nothing against making money. Just as long as it is legitimate and a win win for all parties involved. These cycler systems are illegal because there is NO PHYSICAL PRODUCT. What are people getting for their money?

* Videos on personal development

* Apps for your cell phone

* E-books to download

These are things that you can get for free on the internet. A simple Google search will do the trick.
You can find anything in Google when you take time to look it up.

These Cycler programs are scams because they are put together for a purpose. They tell you once you reach a certain level that you will gain a re-entry point and this is how you will make the real BIG MONEY! You have to jump through hoops to get the BIG MONEY. On the real here, no one ever gets this far anyway in a cycler system. This is just their way of building their list until they find a real deal to promote to those who signed up for the Cycler program.
 
No dice for you.

Please, please listen to me.  If you have not sponsored anyone and you go around plastering your link all over the internet telling people about the money they can make, you're a scammer too. All you will manage to do is get yourself labeled as a spammer and that is no good for you.

 My closing thoughts:
Don't fall for these cycler programs; it's a scam. You will quit because you will not get anyone to join you. It's likely your sponsor was not honest with you because they were desperate. YOU will probably end up doing the same thing they did. This is a bad cycle for anyone to be in and no one wins except the scammers who are running this mess, but not for long because it will come out. How long and how many people must lose their money and be hurt by it?

Not many. Hopefully this post will be enlightening and make you think before you sign up for these cycler programs.

Reflections - 2012 Is History And 2013 Is Here

So what are your long and short term goals?

Have you written it down, if not then you should do this first. However there is one thing you must do before you write it down.

YOU need to meditate and pray about it. This is your future you are talking about.

This past year has been the best for me, I have met many new friends online and I am very blessed to know ALL of my friends. One person I can definitely say has been a blessing to me and they live in California. Even though we have different personalities and live miles away from each other, I can really say that I believe it will be a long lasting friendship. We enjoy many fun times laughing on the phone, and learning about each other. It took time for us to get to this point and this is a relationship that will last a lifetime.

That is what's it's all about.

This has been a great year for me because I have progressed so much in my business and my name is branded on the internet as a mentor with a servant's heart.  This is what I do and I'm looking forward to a fantastic new year.

MLM Training - The Motives Of Scammers, They're Master Manipulators

 It is so sad to see so many scams being perpetrated on the internet, and what's even sadder is that these scammers go to such lengths to defraud money from people. They are masters at manipulating people by insinuating themselves into people's lives and making them believe that they care what happens to them. When in reality it is a facade and they don't even care about anyone but themselves.

Being a scammer is a sickness I believe and they will reap what they sow from a higher power.

Just like a person who gambles they can't help themselves they will place a bet on their mother if they believe they are going to win it.

Now what about these scam artists. 

What is their motive?

Well this is my opinion, they love manipulating people and it's probably a challenge to them to see how many people they can scam. Who's knows how they got this way and when it started? They're controllers and this is power to them. They call the shots and you're just a pawn in their game. Any move they make is going to benefit them, because they don't care about anyone.

What is manipulation?  It's a behavior a person may use in order to get their way.  Saying certain things or behave in a certain way to make someone give them what they want.

Now what are the motives of scam artist(s). In order to illustrate my point to you, I will give you the:

Definition Of Motives - the goal of object of a person's action. In other words there goal (or objective) will make that person act in a certain way. If deceiving you is the way to get what they want they will do it.

For instance, a scammer has a goal of doing what? Defrauding the people they come in contact with, through the use of deceptive practices.

Being deceptive is an art form for the scammer and they are masters at manipulating people. I know what you are thinking how do I know all of this?

The Education and training that I received from my mentor, plus learning the skills of how to find the right business opportunity. This is why I help people to find the right network marketing company so they will make residual income in their home business.

Network marketing is the industry that will let you do it provided you get what you need first. Don't let scam artists take your dream away from you by deceiving you into believing what they say. There deceptive practices will surely lure you away.

MLM Training - More Gotcha Clauses To Watch For In Your Policies And Procedures

Today I will be sharing with you a few clauses that may or may not be in your policies and procedures. Many people sign up for network marketing companies and don't even read them. The policies and procedures is your contract, and you must read them so that you will know what your company intends to do for you or possibly against you.

What I will be sharing with you are a few more gotcha clauses that you might find in your policies and procedures. Let's get started and the first one I will share with you is:

Transfer of Sponsorship and this is a big one you must understand. Okay your goal is to build a business so that you will have residual income and leave it to your spouse and children as an inheritance. How can you do that if your network marketing company has a clause in the contract that says an associate may not sell, assign or otherwise transfer his associateship,marketing position, or other associate rights without written approval by the company which may not be unreasonably withheld. Sounds like you are an employee, doesn't it? Suppose circumstances makes it impossible for an associate to run the business, and they decide they want to transfer it to their spouse (who has been working the business with them all along). According to the clause, they will have to get permission to do this from the company. What if the company don't approve of it.  Didn't you build the team of partners? Didn't you work hard to earn residual income with this company? Now you can't even leave an inheritance for them because of this clause.

Is this fair?

In my opinion, I don't believe it is. Some people may not get the full understanding of what this means and may not care but it is a reason to be concerned of why a network marketing company would put this clause in the contract in the first place. The only reason they would do this is so they can terminate you when you break your legal binding agreement. Which means they don't have to pay you. It's sad when you see a clause like this because it means that the company does not have your best interest at heart.

Another clause that should concern you is Associate Authorization. This is a huge, huge one to pay careful attention to, because when an associate dies what happens and who has the right to collect the bonuses and what about the associate duties and the status of his position. Well if the associate is married, the assumption is that it passes to his/her spouse and/or children(s). If the clause says that written application must be received within ninety (90) days of the date of death. If the company does not receive appropriate instruction within ninety (90) days of the death of an associate, the associateship will be terminated or reassigned. The successor associate must fulfill all duties of the associate.

Now let's break it down like this, suppose there are unforeseen circumstances and they don't contact the company to let them know about the death of the associate within ninety days and when they finally let them know about the death, the ninety days has passed and it will be too late and the company will terminate the associateship.

Is this fair? No it's not. Does the company have your best interest at heart? Nope they surely don't. They don't have to pay the spouse anything. It's a legal binding agreement and it will stand up in court because it is in the policies and procedures.

These two clauses I feel should not be in P&P's at all, it is showing that the company does not care about their distributors at all.

Network Marketing Or Direct Sales

One gives you residual income and the other just pays you a commission (short term profit).
I will elaborate further in this post to give you all the facts so that you can make a decision on which is best for you.

I will start with Direct Sales first, by giving you a definition: "The direct personal presentation, and most often a demonstration is done, and the sale of products and services is made to the consumers, usually in their homes or at their jobs."

Based on what you just read it is self explanatory.

Direct selling is about individual sales agents reaching and dealing directly with clients. This is definitely different then direct marketing.

Direct marketing is when a business chooses to have a relationship with their customers without going through an agent/consultant or retail outlet. Do YOU see the difference?

There is a vast difference.

  Direct selling often, but not always, uses multi-level marketing aka MLM (salesperson is paid for selling and for sales made by people he recruits or sponsors) rather than single-level marketing (salesperson is paid only for the sales he makes himself)

Based on that fact which would you prefer? I know which one I would prefer. The fact remains direct selling will not earn you residual income. Bottom line, it's short term profits.

If you are attempting to make money online, it's safe to assume that you want to retire one day and enjoy the rest of your life with NO worry about paying your bills.

In my opinion I don't believe that direct sales will earn you residual income. You are a salesperson and unless you are selling a product or service where they pay you $1,000 to $2,000 a week. Your chances of retirement is slim and none.

Now I will speak about network marketing. I will tell you this first and it is IMPORTANT that you get this.

IT IS A RELATIONSHIP GAME!

It's not a numbers game, people are people.

People have goals, dreams and desires of their own. The relationship is the process and this is network marketing.

It means a successful business and residual income.

Products come and go. Companies come and go. Your spiderweb of friends if you do it right, treat them right, will last forever.

It is what it is and I will certainly validate this as being factual and true. If you will take two minutes and just do a Google search on my name now (Terri Pattio) and see how I am branded on the internet.  Getting your name branded on the internet the right way takes time and so do your relationships. You  simply cannot rush this process YOU must first get to know, like and trust someone. This MUST be two way communication and the important thing to remember is that all parties involved must LISTEN to one another.

The people you sponsor into your network marketing business will be your friend and business partner  for life and  this is how everyone in your team will make residual income. YOU will have a team of leaders that will reap the rewards of their efforts together.

With direct selling you are trading long term stability for short term profit. This is not good at all, because when you get done with your presentation. Now you have to close them and YOU pray that you have did a great job so they will buy your product or service so you will get paid.

In network marketing, closing people is a stab in the heart. YOU simply can't do this because if you do this, then the next month you will have to close them again to get them to do any work. They have to sell themselves and this is done when you have taken the time to get to know, like and trust them and the feeling is mutual.

It's a two way street and this is a requirement. YOU cannot skip this process and expect to build your network marketing business and have residual income for life.

MLM Training - How To Make Residual Income

I will begin by letting you know that every word I am saying will be validated. In this post I will give you an explanation of why I believe that residual income is better than auto pilot income.

Before I get started, I recommend that you read my previous post titled "MLM Training - The difference between residual income and auto pilot income.

Okay I will start by saying again that auto pilot income is JUST HYPE!

Now I'm not saying that you won't make any money using these auto pilot income systems that are being promoted. It's possible that you will. Here's the catch, the product(s) owner will make a great deal more than you will. It's simple logic because they will always recommend YOU to tell others and they will pay you a commission to do it. They will give you an affiliate link and this is how it works it is what it is. It does know good for them to create a system and no one is using it but them.  This is the reason they created the system in the first place so they can get a lot of people to buy it, and they need help to promote it so this is why they give you a link and recommend that you do so because they know you want to make money and they will pay you a commission (usually 50%). What many people don't realize is, it's not residual income. Also these systems are tools and it's illegal to pay commissions on tools.

Now I will explain about residual income. What I like most about it is, you do the work one time and get paid over and over and over again. When it is done correctly, YOU will get paid every week, bi-weekly or monthly. Learning to earn residual income is a lot easier then promoting different products and services to make a fast buck, you will never be able to retire doing this. You MUST have repeat customers that buy from you every month, this is how you create your residual income.

Residual income is the only way to go, because it means financial freedom and you can retire one day.

It means that you can do all those things that a job won't let you do. You're the boss and can work your own schedule because you know that you have money coming in when you take time off  from your business. When you learn how to find a business opportunity that will compensate you fairly for your efforts, get the skills and training you need then you will be on your way to having peace and happiness in your life.

HOW TO MAKE RESIDUAL INCOME

I will say this much, it is a process and when you FOCUS on the reward (which is earning your residual income) then it will be easier for you to reach your goals and make money online.
