Residual Income - Not Multiple Streams Of Outgo (Income)

I just don't know why so many people are so willing to believe in multiple streams of income.

Michael Dlouhy says it this way in his free e-book "Success in 10 Steps." and I quote:

"When you promote a smorgasboard of opportunities, you undermine your network. When you try to appeal to everybody with your multiple streams of products & services, smart people will not take you seriously. And why should they? You have no identity in their mind.

All you're doing is wasting time and money searching for opportunities to create multiple streams of income. All you're doing is losing your focus and eventually your power will be gone from you.

What does that mean for you? You're weak instead of being strong. All those products and service that you are promoting, you don't know anything about any of them. Am I getting my point across to you? I sure hope so because I don't want you to go through all of that.

It doesn't have to be that way at all. MLM Training - What Does "Spillover" Mean In Network Marketing?

The word Spillover is being used a whole lot on the internet these days, and the fact is many people don't really know or understand what it means. I will tell YOU the truth about this word that is being exploited all over the internet to lure people into business opportunity that will leave you hanging by the seat of your pants. YOU will not know what happened to you.

Spillover - Creating a Welfare Mentality

Good people don't want welfare. They want to build it themselves. They just want to learn the skills they need to build this business and create residual income, money that's coming in week after week, year after year, and they can will it to their children's children.

When you look at a lot of network marketing websites, you often see that word "spillover." The proposition, more or less, is, "get in now, today, and you'll get all this spillover."

In 27 years, I have never, ever, ever seen anybody get spillover, having somebody build it for them.

And if you look closely at the compensation plans of the companies that promote spillover, you'll find out that those who get spillover usually don't get paid on it. There are other hoops to jump through to get paid on that spillover, and these people rarely ever qualify.

So it's the person who actually does the work who gets the pay what a novel idea!

Companies & reps use "spillover" as a tool to drag in people who think they can build a business without doing any work. In other words, no sponsoring, no recruiting. It targets that type of person.

When You Say "Spillover", You Are Targeting Quitters!

When you see a network marketing company that promotes spillover on their website, they're looking for welfare-minded people. The problem for you is, you can't build with these people, unless YOU do all the work! That's what they expect. And when you don't build their business, they'll be off somewhere else, looking for a better welfare plan.

So really, when you or your company promote spillover, you are targeting people who will not be with you long-term. And in network marketing, that makes absolutely no sense. The failure rate will be 100%.

And Here's Why The Leads You Buy Tell You To Go Pound Sand!

The quickest way to build a huge list is to offer the moon and require nothing (no money, no work, no purchase) in return. You'll see companies promoting "we've signed up more people faster than anybody else in the history of network marketing." Problem is, there's nobody ordering any product. It's just a bunch of names on a list - but now they can call these people "network marketers."

Then they turn around and sell this huge database of worthless names (an "MLM geneology list") For $10,000 each to 10 different list brokers. BAM! That's $100,000 profit! And then the list brokers sell these "leads" to all the people in network marketing who want to build their business - including YOU!

So you pay $2-$3 a lead for these people, you call them up, and they tell you, "Hey! You're nuts! I've never been in network marketing!" They don't even know what it is. They just opted in to some pie-in-the-sky list, hoping to get something for nothing.

Conclusion? Run like heck from any company focused on "spillover" - and ALWAYS generate your own leads.

The reason I chose to share this information with you because I really truly don't want anyone to be hurt by such BS. That's all it is, pure hype and people all over are falling for this. It's got to stop and I'm just to one to start this thing off and do something about it. It's time to do something and stop all these scams that are being perpetrated over the internet. MLM Training - The Grass Is Always Greener, when you're making money!

Hello to my faithful readers, just had a thought pop into my head. This has been a really strange week. While I was in one of my social networking websites that I frequent on a daily basis. I encountered a person that was a RED PERSONALITY, okay I know you might not know what a red personality is. More about that later, I want to finish this story.

This RED Personality was not very social at all, in fact he said that he didn't care about relationships at all. He just wanted to fire hose people about his business opportunity. As he put it, he just gives the people the facts and information about his business, and let them decide if they want to join him in his business. But here's where it get's really strange, when it was obvious I wasn't interested, he kept on trying to tell me about his business. Now to me, he sounded kind of desperate about getting someone to join him. If you want people to even consider your business, you have to get to know the person first, which this person didn't care about doing at all. Now what that tells me is, he will not get far at all in business with that attitude.

In business, people are not going to join you if you do not get to know them. You should like a person, and they should like you too. It should be mutual trust in each other.
Three very simple words - KNOW, LIKE, AND TRUST!

It so simple but for a RED PERSONALITY. It's just not easy for them to have a relationship with anyone. It's just who they are.
