Of course you want a pay plan that works for the majority, it's called a WIN-WIN and that's the way it should be.
This is what my mentor Michael Dlouhy says: Your network marketing company should let you sponsor someone, then place them ANYWHERE in your group to maximize THEIR dollar pay-out. By doing this, you will build trust and retention that way. When a person sees that, then you have just showed them that you want to help them grow their business too. It takes a team to do this business, you can't do it along.
That's why you should have a plan that pays the majority of people that will be joining you in your home business. This is crucial, and if want to hear an awesome video to backup what I'm saying.
