In this post today I am going to give you the magic formula to build your own list for Maximum Profits.

This is is not a hard thing to do and I will break it down to make it real easy for you.

1. Build the list of targeted leads
    * you target a market that actually buys stuff.

2. Sell them stuff
    * they want what you are selling.

3. Sell them more stuff.
    * by providing value.


You target a HOT market that's proven to be responsive. This is how you will build your list of targeted leads

Next you ask yourself the "Magic Questions" below.


1. Are they buying stuff now?

2. Are there lots of people spending money to reach them?

3. Has this been going on a while?

How to build a list that gives you money forever?

Next I will be talking about products.

You must remember:

- Nothing happens until something is sold.
- You can sell your stuff or sell someone else's stuff.
- The point of having a list is to sell stuff.
- You'll make more money if you focus on selling your own stuff.

"Magic" questions reveal what will make you money.


1. What kind of stuff is the market buying?
2. What kind of stuff do other guys spend money to advertise?
3. What kind of stuff has been selling a really long time?

YOU only want to sell stuff that's proven. No point in reinventing the wheel.

The Ugly Truth
Most people who see your stuff will NOT buy it the first time they see it.

"Magic" List Building Formula 

1. Find something that will help your market and that will be of value to them.
2. Offer it to them for free in exchange for their name and email address.
3. Do number two a lot.

Many times I see people get online and join a business 
opportunity and never, ever crunch the numbers of their 
companies pay plan. They don't have a clue as to what to 
do to begin earning the money they want. 

All they know is what the network marketing company 
has told them via the website, splash pages, their sponsor 
and what they have learned from a webinar they have attended.



You must know math and you must know how much you will 
earn for each person you bring into the business. 

When you determine the amount per person, now you can 
calculate your weekly or monthly income that you will earn 
when you sponsor someone into the business. 

Keep in mind it will be your short or long term goal. 
You must be realistic with your goal so it will be attainable for you. 

This is a mistake people make by setting their goals too high and 
when they don't reach it. 

They feel like they have failed. This is not the case, it's more likely 
they have set a long term goal.

Yes this is a fact. On yesterday I asked this question to a group of people "What is the Lifeblood of ANY business?"

Answer: Product movement is the lifeblood of ANY business. If you are moving product to the end consumer then you are making sales, which means you are making money. If this is not happening in your business then you are not a happy camper. It's very simple,

PRODUCT MOVEMENT MEANS SALES!

I was getting all kinds of answers, and they were great answers but it was not the correct answer. Eventually someone did say the correct answer. The point of the question was to educate and to initiate an interaction with this group of people. In business, if you're not having relationships with people then it's safe to assume that you are selling to them with no intent of even having a relationship at all. This will not give you residual income that will allow you to retire one day. Network marketing is not a sales business, it's a relationship business!

A Millionaire Mind Vs. A Positive Mind: Which Would YOU Prefer?

Well it's obvious that most people would say "a millionaire mind" believing that it means they will be rich and have a lot of money. Is this really so?

Is that really what you want?

I believe that having a positive mind is much better.

Let's examine this more closely because their is a vast difference between the two, and they both can be had.

I know what you are thinking, how can that be? It really is easy to have both, and there is a process, to having such a mindset.

NOTE: I hate to be a bearer with the bad news, and it's really sad to say this, but many people will go through life and not have either one.

YOU have to get one before you can have the other. Now which one should YOU get first? Nope it's not the one you are thinking, as I said earlier a positive mind is the one that will get things rolling for you.

It all starts with getting rid of the negativity that's inside of your mind. Having a strong desire to give yourself 30 days is what will do it. Without a strong desire in your mind it will be a long road to having the correct mindset that will give you financial freedom and residual income.

Terri Pattio - My Story And How I Became A Mentor With A Servant's Heart

Today marks 51 years since my arrival into the world, I thought it would be fitting that I tell you a little more about me and my beginning in network marketing. It was not such a good one because I lacked education, skills and training to do network marketing.

I did not have a mentor to guide me and teach me the ropes about network marketing, and here's the thing I assumed like everyone else that all I had to do was sell, sell, sell. I didn't even know I needed a mentor. So I just jumped in, and found some product(s) that I could sell to make money. So I proceeded to contact my friends, and tell my family what I was doing, and anyone I could find and show them ALL my products that they needed to buy from me, and no doubt they felt sorry for me, and just so I would get out of their house they bought something from me. I would work day and night, riding around with all kinds of products in my car trying to make money. I just wasn't adapting to working on a J.O.B. the rest of my life. I couldn't see myself doing that forever, network marketing was my ticket to the big time and BIG MONEY!

I knew this was right for me, but it wasn't working for me and I didn't know what else to do but to keep on keeping on. So I didn't give up and I kept joining different network marketing companies that I thought was going to get me the money which I needed and wanted.

It wasn't until 2007 that I started feeling like that this wasn't for me. I was just about to say "I quit" and then I received an email while on a social site from a lady that said it wasn't my fault and all I had to do was get her free e-book, read it and learn the truth. I don't mind telling you that I was skeptical about signing up for something else, but I had to get the e-book and see what it said. She said in her email that "it was not my fault and she could prove it to me." I said to myself "Yeah right." I proceeded to download it to my computer, and I didn't read it right away. A few hours later she called and asked me did I get the e-book downloaded okay? I told her "yes I did." She proceeded to tell me about free training that she could get me on. I was skeptical and really didn't pay her any mind. I told her I would read it later that day. I thanked her for calling and hung up.

Now the reason I tell you my beginning in network marketing is to let you know this, I had no belief that I could do it because of all the failure I had experienced in the past. There are so many people that feel the same way and don't have any where to turn. Sometimes in life you just need someone to believe in you, I will believe in YOU, and will help you to be successful in network marketing. If you have been struggling and failing like I was then I want you to know it is not your fault. I will give you the proof if you will take the first step like I did and change your destiny in life. It changed my life and I am glad to be a mentor with a servant's heart and a successful professional network marketer.
