Business Mentoring - A Lesson On Publicly Traded Network Marketing Companies
It is a fact that most people would say that this is good. What I am going to do is give you information and let you decide for yourself.
ONLY THE FACTS YOU NEED TO MAKE AN ACCURATE DECISION.
Fair enough, then let me get started by saying this.
Would YOU agree with me when I say this. A publicly traded company is one that has stockholders, and they hold a certain percentage of the company stock and therefore they MUST be paid because through an investment they have made by putting up their money into the company. It is written in an agreement that they will be paid a portion of the companies profits, even if the company has no profits they still have to pay their stockholders.
Now having said all of that, being that it's a network marketing company and since the distributors is their means of income. The network marketing company MUST put the stockholders first, and the distributors are really working to pay the stockholders and here's the thing. The company is not compensating the distributors fairly because the majority of the money will be going to pay the stock holders.
In a publicly traded network marketing company, that is how it goes.
This is not win win for the distributors, and any network marketing company that's publicly traded doesn't care about their distributors at all. It's all about them making money to pay their stockholders, and they will fall sooner or later because they don't understand that their distributors are an ASSET, and MUST be compensated fairly to be successful. They are lacking in experience in company management.
I know some of you may be thinking that this is not so, but when you think of all the companies that are publicly traded today, how are they fairing right now. Not so good, would YOU agree with me on this?
In network marketing if the company that you are with has NO company management experience with integrity, and NO fair compensation plan that will reward the part time distributor then they will not make it. YOU see this every where on the internet because it's evident in the many scams that are being perpetrated on the internet. But I won't go into that today because I have already. I will put a link below where you can read it when you done here.

I always love when this conversation comes up. Considering I support a publicly traded business opportunity. But everyone has there own views. Keeping in mind that majority of all U.S. goods are imported in some way or another. Why? Because it keeps the prices low and the Americans employed. If we were just dependent on our own goods then we would be in a world of hurt. Especially when it comes to technology including the motor industry.
If an opportunity gives there distributors the option to buy stock at a low price. Which I'm talking cents. I see a win win situation because not only you have the option to build your business but have the opportunity to own a piece of the rock.
Now theses are just my opinions and I am always opened to everyone's opinions. That is why it makes Blogging so unique. It gives everyone a chance to voice there opinions in a respectful manner. Thank you Terri for this post of topic.
Tim the only reason that a company gives you stock options is to keep from paying you all of your money that they owe you. This way they can pay you quarterly or monthly, whatever the arrangements they have set forth. This way they can stay in business and have their distributors thinking they got a piece of the rock when it's really not.
You are not building your business because you are keeping them in business. YOU are working and not getting anywhere because of this fact.
Didn't mean to go on and on, but I just hate when I see people waste time doing this, because they will never be able to retire. Sooner or later they will have to be starting all over again, it will happen because the company has business expenses and the distributors are the ones who are paying them and not being compensated fairly for their marketing efforts. They just keep on believing that they are doing good when that is not the case at all.
Thanks for reading and commenting, and perhaps this discussion will help someone to be educated about this and prompt them to think.
