Let me begin by saying this to you, if your only reason for being in network marketing is to make money then I will have to say that your chance of long term success and having residual income is slim and none.

The reason why I say this, is because of you having a money agenda.

Having a money agenda will not attract people to you, in fact it will do just the opposite. They will feel and know that is the only reason you want them in your business. They will know that you don't care about them at all. So that right there will kill it for you.

GET RID OF YOUR MONEY AGENDA!

It's sad but true, many people do not realize this. This is where they lose out, and this is one reason why people fail miserably, get frustrated and end of quitting their business.

That's where your burning desire comes in, because it is a requirement for you to be determined to succeed and YOU won't quit and in turn this will drive you take action every day. This is the slight edge in action, and it calls for persistent daily action.

Now comes dedication and this plays a big part when your drive, determination and burning desire are in place. This is a major obstacle for some because so many people have a lack mentality and what this means is, they are working on a job that is not going to allow them to retire and have financial freedom. In addition they can't meet all their monthly obligations. YOU got to realize that the economy is on a downward spiral and it's a fact that things don't look great right now.

So people are turning to the internet and looking for ways to make money online, and here's where it gets all messed up. They don't have the skills and training to know if a business opportunity is a scam or not. So they end up getting into the wrong business, and then they wind up not making any money, and then they meet someone that tells them they have to join another business so that way they will have multiple streams of income. What a bunch of BS.

Now one more thing that must be in place is to be passionate about what you are doing. Your passion must be, first and foremost to help people and the only way to do that is by getting rid of All the negativity that surrounds you so that you can get clarity, and by doing this you will be able to FOCUS and concentrate your efforts on building a relationship first and getting to know people, so YOU will know what they need. This is so very important and I see so many people making a huge mistake because they have a money agenda, and they are just spinning their wheels and this much I know just as sure as my name is Terri Pattio. They will be starting all over again in a new business and this is where the problem will arise because now they have no credibility. There reputation and trust is gone and they will continue on in this cycle until they finally get it. Now they are ready to ask for help. Here's a big tip that I will share with you.

Network marketing is a relationship business, not a sales business!

Say that over and over, again and again, let it sink in.

MLM Tip - Focus On The Reward Not The Process!

When you have made your decision that you want to start a home business.

YOU must FOCUS ON THE REWARD, because focusing on the process will involve you getting educated first. Many people do not have the skills and training needed to choose a business opportunity that will put them in the best possible position for success.

This is a true statement I am making because you are not taught how to start your own home business. Everyone has been told to go to school, then college and get a good job. You see what I mean, it's all wrong.

Everybody gets this programming from their parents, and it get passed along from generation to generation. What ends up happening, people wind up in all sorts of debt because that J.O.B. is not enough money to pay all their bills they have accumulated. Most often people get laid off or end up doing a job that they don't like and want out of it because it will not allow you to retire and have residual income

So they end up getting on the internet and looking at someone's hyped up website, then they join some scam and usually it doesn't work out like they thought. Now they have lost more money.

Who wants to go through all of this, just do it right from the start.

GET EDUCATED AND YOU WILL AVOID ALL THIS FAILURE AND FRUSTRATION!

This is the process, the beginning of YOU making money online, you cannot eliminate this step. Don't put the cart before the horse. I know you have probably heard this saying, and if you haven't then you know about it now.

Anything you do in life is a process, you need a key to start your car, without that key you can't go anywhere.

Without education about network marketing, the same thing applies here.

A Successful Business And Happy Marriage - When Your Spouse Doesn't Believe In Network Marketing (Part 1)

This post is dedicated to all the married people out there, and this is going to be a wake up call to action.

There are many married couples that are going through this right now, and they are wondering what to do about it. This is what happens when one spouse wants to pursue network marketing and the other says NO. It's a waste of time and money, and the kicker is the majority of spouses out there just don't understand how network marketing works. It's usually a one-sided deal, because while the other spouse is trying to explain it to them they are not open minded enough to want to understand it. It's just them being pig headed and wanting their way and not willing to compromise. On many occasions they may be justified in thinking this way, perhaps at one time they were open to it and it didn't work out, so they have come to the conclusion that since it didn't work the last time it won't now. That's okay for them to feel that way, they have a right to have their feelings.

But on the other hand, does that mean you just give up because it didn't work out the first, second or even the third time. If your spouse is willing to look at it in a positive way, experience is the best teacher and as you learn, grow and gain knowledge, YOU gain insight as to what to do to make it work. But if your better half is not willing to go through it again because they have been let down and in a sense they may have lost a little confidence in you, thinking that it can't be done and just don't want to risk losing anymore money. That's understandable and this is where compromise is needed, and sitting down and coming to some kind of agreement will make a major difference.

A point to think about here, life is a risk everyday. We take a risk at night because we don't know if we will wake up in the morning. Hmmmm how's that for heavy duty thinking.
It is what it is...LIFE!

Back to what I saying earlier, this is where the problem might arise. It's when the two of you have sat down, expressed your opinions and concerns to each other. But no agreement has been made on what to do, so the spouse that wants to do network marketing, pursues it anyway without an agreement. This is not going to set well with their spouse, and they will be negative about it, and this will cause problems in the marriage. There are endless possibilities of the things that can happen because of this decision you made to pursue your dreams to make a better life for you and your family.

You have a goal of having residual income and not being in a J.O.B. the rest of your life. YOU know that it can be done, but the problem is your spouse doesn't understand how it will when it didn't before. So YOU set out to prove it to them and you begin your pursuit of peace and happiness by having your own home business without your spouse backing you.

What happens doing this time while you are in pursuit to show your spouse that you can do network marketing and be a success at it?

In one word, now you have lost FOCUS!

Your goal has changed because now you have it in your mind that you got to prove something to your better half.

Mainly it's your ego saying, I CAN DO THIS AND THEY JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND! So now instead of you pursuing your dream it's about showing your spouse that you can be successful.

WRONG WAY TO THINK!

Now in part two I will be talking about how to change this scenario all around and make it work for you and have your partner behind you 100 percent, because this is the only way it will work.

(Unexpected) Residual Income - Have You Received It Yet In Your Network Marketing Business?

Well I am about to explain it to you. This is my belief, it's an opportunity that is presented to you by God. So many times people do not see this opportunity the way that God intended and they end up not taking advantage of their opportunity to receive their residual income.

When you get this opportunity, if you are not tuned in spiritually to God, it is more likely you will not know it. That is how you will miss it, and this is what I mean when I say Unexpected residual income.

Your focus should be on expecting to receive what it is you desire. Your thoughts should be positive, and you should be so tuned into your subconscious mind that it will take action on every thought that you send to it.

Now I know that you might not understand how the subconscious mind works and how it can make your every thought that you think happen.

The title says it all. THINK, THINK, THINK AND GROW RICH!

Your positive thoughts is what will get you what you want and desire. Negative thoughts will give you pain and unhappiness as long as you continue to keep letting those negative thoughts into your mind. This is how it works and you might as well face reality and just learn how to get focused so that you will keep injecting those positive thoughts into your mind, and remove the everyday chatter from your mind forever.

Business Mentoring - A Lesson On Publicly Traded Network Marketing Companies

It is a fact that most people would say that this is good. What I am going to do is give you information and let you decide for yourself.

ONLY THE FACTS YOU NEED TO MAKE AN ACCURATE DECISION.

Fair enough, then let me get started by saying this.

Would YOU agree with me when I say this. A publicly traded company is one that has stockholders, and they hold a certain percentage of the company stock and therefore they MUST be paid because through an investment they have made by putting up their money into the company. It is written in an agreement that they will be paid a portion of the companies profits, even if the company has no profits they still have to pay their stockholders.

Now having said all of that, being that it's a network marketing company and since the distributors is their means of income. The network marketing company MUST put the stockholders first, and the distributors are really working to pay the stockholders and here's the thing. The company is not compensating the distributors fairly because the majority of the money will be going to pay the stock holders.

In a publicly traded network marketing company, that is how it goes.
This is not win win for the distributors, and any network marketing company that's publicly traded doesn't care about their distributors at all. It's all about them making money to pay their stockholders, and they will fall sooner or later because they don't understand that their distributors are an ASSET, and MUST be compensated fairly to be successful. They are lacking in experience in company management.

I know some of you may be thinking that this is not so, but when you think of all the companies that are publicly traded today, how are they fairing right now. Not so good, would YOU agree with me on this?

In network marketing if the company that you are with has NO company management experience with integrity, and NO fair compensation plan that will reward the part time distributor then they will not make it. YOU see this every where on the internet because it's evident in the many scams that are being perpetrated on the internet. But I won't go into that today because I have already. FREE MLM Training - Do YOU Know What's In Your Policies And Procedures?

Your policies and procedures (also known as Terms and Conditions) is your contract with the company. Unfortunately many people join network marketing companies and don't read them.

Why? It's because so many people want to make money online and when a company has some fancy hyped up website that's geared to lure a person into joining their business opportunity and then they sign up and don't read them or the company may not provide it to them to read.

These companies don't want YOU to see them because they probably have some things in there that they don't want anyone to see. I refer to them as GOTCHAS.

Today I will share with you a few GOTCHAS that will stop you from making money online.

1. The termination clause is very important and if you find it in your policies and procedures, you can be sure that this is not the company you want to join, and if it's in there you can be sure they will use it if they need to.

Example of the wording of this clause:
A member can be terminated for violations to the terms and conditions or any other policies.
Note at the end of the clause above where it says "or any other policies." What it means is, if they want to add something into the policies and procedures so they can terminate you, this is legal and they can do this. It is stated in the contract, and you should know this if you have built a huge team of people in this company and if the should get in a bind for money and you have a BIG check coming from them they can easily terminate you and therefore they have stolen your check. It happens all the time to people and these companies get away with it when they stick this clause in the policies and procedures.

This is the first clause you MUST LOOK FOR. It is very important to the success of building your business and having residual income.

2. This next clause is one you MUST make sure it is not there. It's call the
COMPANY CAN SUE YOU clause.

An example of the wording:
(company name) may seek any applicable remedy in any appropriate forum with respect to disputes and any money owed to (company name). In addition to monetary damages, (company name) may obtain injunctive relief in any appropriate jurisdiction against any individual for any violations(s) of (company name) terms and conditions and violations or misuse of them and all governing documents of (company name).

Pay particular attention to the second sentence above. This is the where it is saying they may sue you if a dispute should come up or if the company says that you owe them money, and you say that's not so, and then in the second paragraph where it says "in addition to monetary damages,(company name) may obtain injunctive (a court order) relief in any appropriate jurisdiction against any individual for any violations(s) etc...." and then one more thing I want to point out to you at the end of this sentence where it says "all governing documents of (company name)".

That one is really powerful and you have to really understand what it means, and I will elaborate further. It means that if they have added any new clauses in the polices and procedures and they didn't notify you of the changes they can do that and they can use it in a court of law and you will end of losing in court because of this clause that they may have stuck in there before appearing in court.

Are YOU understanding now? If you see these two GOTCHAS in your policies and procedures, then you better run the other way quickly. This is not the company to join, it means they DO NOT have your best interest at heart and they don't have integrity at all.

Terri Pattio - My Story And How I Became A Mentor With A Servant's Heart

Today marks 51 years since my arrival into the world, I thought it would be fitting that I tell you a little more about me and my beginning in network marketing. It was not such a good one because I lacked education, skills and training to do network marketing.

I did not have a mentor to guide me and teach me the ropes about network marketing, and here's the thing I assumed like everyone else that all I had to do was sell, sell, sell. I didn't even know I needed a mentor. So I just jumped in, and found some product(s) that I could sell to make money. So I proceeded to contact my friends, and tell my family what I was doing, and anyone I could find and show them ALL my products that they needed to buy from me, and no doubt they felt sorry for me, and just so I would get out of their house they bought something from me. I would work day and night, riding around with all kinds of products in my car trying to make money. I just wasn't adapting to working on a J.O.B. the rest of my life. I couldn't see myself doing that forever, network marketing was my ticket to the big time and BIG MONEY!

I knew this was right for me, but somehow it wasn't working for me and I didn't know what else to do but to keep on keeping on. So I did and I didn't give up, and I kept joining different network marketing companies that I thought was going to get me the money which I needed and wanted.

It wasn't until 2007 that I started feeling like that this wasn't for me. I was just about to say "I quit" and then I received an email while was in a social site from a lady that said it wasn't my fault and all I had to do was get her free e-book, read it and learn the truth. I don't mind telling you that I was skeptical about signing up for something else, but I had to get the e-book and see what it said. She said in her email that it was not my fault and she could prove it to me. I said to myself "Yeah right." I proceeded to download it to my computer, and I didn't read it right away. A few hours later she called and asked me did I get the e-book downloaded okay? I told her "yes I did." She proceeded to tell me about free training that she could get me into. I was skeptical and really didn't pay her any mind. I told her I would read it later that day. I told her thank you for calling and hung up.

Now the reason I tell you my beginning in network marketing is to let you know this, I had no belief that I could do it because of all the failure I had experienced in the past. There are so many people that feel the same way and don't have any where to turn. Sometimes in life you just need someone to believe in you, I will believe in YOU, and will help you to be successful in network marketing. If you have been struggling and failing like I was then I want you to know it is not your fault. The proof lies in whether you will take the first step like I did and change your destiny in life. It changed my life and I am glad to be a mentor with a servant's heart and a successful professional network marketer.

Don't worry this is not going to be very long at all. I want you to read every word in this post. Why your success is not happening for you, it's because people have been lied to for so long and they don't know the truth when they see it. Every day I see so many people just doing their thing on the internet. What they are really doing is prolonging success and spinning their wheels promoting a smorgasboard of business opportunities. They haven't got a clue because they believe what they are doing will create residual income. How can that be when it's so obvious that they are not making the BIG MONEY! If they were they wouldn't be jumping from program to program telling everyone about multiple streams of income. The truth be told they can't keep up with all of the programs they are in. Yeah sure they might be making a few dollars here and there and if I were a betting person, I would win this bet because I know it's not all that much. Whatever they are making it's not what they are desiring to make. I can surely guarantee that.

Until YOU make up in your mind that YOU can't do it by yourself and you don't have too. You are in business for yourself but not by yourself. YOU need a team, skills, training and education to find the right business opportunity. That's the bottom line and I can help anyone that raises their hand and say Yes, HELP ME! FREE Targeted Traffic - All In A Days Work! (The BIG Finale)

I bet you been waiting on the finale of this series. Well thanks be to God, the time has come for me to give it to you straight up. But before I get started, let me say this first. If you are new here and you have not read part one and two, then I highly recommend that you do so now.

Now the first thing I want to make known to you, if you have a Twitter account and not using it then you are missing out on a lot of exposure. I know some of you may not fully understand where I'm going with this. The thing you need to remember is this, Twitter has celebrities on there and they have fans who follow them. Those fans can be potential customers of yours if you know how to reach them and find out what they want. Now I want to ask you a question.

Have you used the Twitter search engine? If not this a key element in finding people who are interested in what you have. I will tell you about the hash tag, and for those of you who might not know about this. It is the pound sign(#) and it's use will benefit you greatly when using it in the Twitter search engine.

How do you use the hash tag(#) in Twitter? It's really very easy and I will illustrate for you.

Suppose you have an energy drink that you want to tell people about. You want to find people who drink energy drinks and they would more then likely look at your product to see if it is a fit for them. You would type in the Twitter search bar located at the top of the page (#energy #drink) and when you do this you will get people who have tweeted about energy drinks.

Those people you will want to follow them and see what they are tweeting and they in turn will follow your tweets. Once they follow you, then you can send them a direct message about your energy drink. This is called a targeted prospect for you. This is how Twitter works and this is the way I use it. Twitter has businesses on there too, and you can even do a search on a competitor and see what they are tweeting about and you can even follow their followers. It's nothing wrong with doing this, it business just as long as what you are doing is ethical. Twitter wouldn't have a problem with this unless you are doing something like following 50 or 100 a day. They just don't want you to do this, and I wouldn't because you need to use their site to meet people for your business. I guess they consider this harassment and it could be interpreted as that by some people.

Twitter won't go for this at all, and you will get your account shut down if you do this. So don't do it because this is your business and you're branding your business and your name on the internet. Don't do anything to tarnish your name it will follow you on the internet forever.

So if you're not using Twitter, then I suggest you do so today. Just follow the strategy I have talked about today. Oh one more thing, when tweeting something on Twitter, be sure and put hash tags in your post so that it will reach the right people. You can always do a check on what is being search on in the Twitter search engine so you will know if people are tweeting about what you have to offer, so use those hash tags when posting and that will allow you to get followers who are interested in what you have to offer. This is just smart business and will allow you to build a huge following everyday. People will follow you and then you can message them. Be sure and follow those that are following you because if you don't you will be missing out on building a relationship with your followers.

Internet Targeted Traffic - All In A Days Work!

A day in the life of Terri Pattio. I will give you a summary of what I do consistently on a daily basis to get targeted traffic worldwide. For the record, this is FREE targeted traffic and YOU can do it too. Now the first thing I do is:

1. I use the groups on Facebook and it gives me a lot of exposure with viral capabilities. If you don't know about Viral Marketing, then YOU can read my previous post and
learn more about it. This is one thing you will want to implement right away and get it going quickly, because it means massive traffic for your website.
Please look at the video below and learn how to create a successful Facebook group.

2. Imfaceplate is a social networking website that I use. I have been with this site since it began. It has many, many benefits that I like very much. The first benefit that is advantageous for marketers: writing articles that will get indexed and ranked by the search engines provided that you choose excellent keywords, this will get you exposure and guaranteed targeted traffic. I generally do this a couple of times a week. It will get seen by members on the site as well.

Also every time I make a post to my primary blog, it automatically get posted here because I have added my RSS feed on here as well.

Also there is a SHOUT BOX which I use to announce special information that I want to share with my friends. It will get displayed in the community activity as well. Not only do my friends see it, but everyone on the IMFaceplate community sees it too.

One other feature I want to tell you about is, the SPOTLIGHT is where you can post videos and advertising for others to see. You can add your Youtube channel here and every time you upload a new video on Youtube it will automatically be here too.

I like the discussions over here very much because it allows you to meet people and get to know them. You can start a discussion and this gets posted in the community, this is good branding and people can become your friend. I really like this site very much and it has been very good for me.

One other thing I want to share is Adzly, this is where you can post your ads and you will be getting very viral advertising meaning that your ads will be seen on the IMFaceplate site but on other people's website. You see that widget at the top of this page, my ads are getting displayed at this very minute to potential partners and customers. Here's the thing it's FREE advertising because you earn credits every time you get traffic to your site and your ad will get displayed. This is viral marketing and I love it. If your site is generating a lot of traffic, it makes sense that your ads will be shown a lot. I encourage YOU to create your widget today and put it on your website(s). FREE MLM Training - An Explanation Of A Pre-Launch Business!

Today I will be educating you about a pre-launch business opportunities. This is information that you MUST READ in order for you to be successful in making money online.

In this post I will give you an illustration of a pre-launch from a traditional business position. Picture this, when you decide to start a business there are certain things you must do before it actually happens. The first thing is capital(money), then you would have to find a location for this business and from the beginning you should know how you are going to market your business (getting people to check you out). Okay having said all of that, let's talk about the marketing phase of it, assuming that you have the capital you need to move on to the next step. You are to decide when you want to open for business. So now you have set the date, this is your grand opening. There is a whole lot of preparation that has to take place before the grand opening. Are you following me so far? PREPARATION! Now let's get back to the internet and think about this, it's the same thing when you see all these pre-launch businesses popping up everywhere and they get people to join them and they're telling everybody to get locked in for the grand opening (pre-launch) of my new business.

What are doing? They are making sure that they will have someone at their business on that day. They want potential prospects so they can make money, but here's the difference between a traditional and internet business. In a traditional business, they have overhead expenses which can be costly, advertising and marketing is one expense and many others too.

In a traditional business you have to make sure that you have a constant stream of customers, and it's the same with an internet business. Now here's the difference with the internet, you get people's name and email address and build your list, it's those people that opted in for their new business and even though the new business went up in smoke on opening day, they have got a list of potential customers that they can send an email about their next business opportunity. It's a never ending cycle and did you make any money. Nope not at all.

What happened? They got your contact information and can email you or sell there list they just created and make a very good profit. Why? It's because people don't take the time to check out these companies that are in pre-launch. These so called businesses will promise you that you will make $10,000 in 30 days. It's an EASY LURE so don't fall for it. Check out the management team and see if they are qualified to run a business.

YOU MUST DO YOUR HOMEWORK SO YOU DON'T KEEP SPINNING YOUR WHEELS AND MAKING THE SAME MISTAKE OVER AND OVER AGAIN!

A pre-launch is simply a new business and they want to get as many people to sign up and get on their list. There are many people that believe that if you get in early, or at the beginning of a new business that you are in the best possible position for success. Oh really then why is it, every new business opportunity that comes out, after the day of their pre-launch, you don't hear anymore about that business. It's because it was built on hype. "Get in now, get locked in now, or one of my favorites get in and have spillover." Oh my goodness don't fall the spillover myth, you're just targeting a bunch of lazy people that want something for nothing. If you have been to my blog before then you already know about spillover. If not you can read about it now.

Pre-launches is NO good at all, and people should realize this. You want to get in a company that has been in business for at least two years or more, and after that time they have gotten things pretty much in order and there is no need to be making a whole lot of changes and there is no need to be messing with the compensation plan so you won't get paid.

Advice On Relationships - A testimony to share with you all.

Today's post will be different because I want to share a video with you that a Facebook friend of mine made about me. What I want you to know is this, I was just doing what I do everyday and that is help people when I see someone that I can help. It's not about trying to get them in my business. It's just about doing what comes natural to me.

On this day I helped a friend of mine and you will find out his name from the video I am about to share with you. When I was done helping him, he thanked me and he was very appreciative and I told him that I was happy to do it. I proceeded to continue with my daily work routine, and later on that day I went back to Facebook and to my surprise I saw a video and it was about ME. It was my friend and he took the time to make a testimonial video about me. I thought, WOW that was totally cool of him to do this. He really appreciated my help because he said it in the video.

It's very rewarding when someone goes out of their way to say thank you. Gratitude is the word I think of.

What a way to show gratitude and I really do appreciate you Philippe Moisan, you are a true friend and I am very glad to know such a kind person as you.

Just think if I hadn't taken the time to connect in the first place, then I would have been missing out on his friendship. Also I learned about his talent with doing videos, many people do not have this skill and if you take my advice you should look at his Youtube channel and subscribe. We can help each other and this is the way it's supposed to be. Forget about making money and just help someone without expecting anything in return, and see how it makes you feel. It's a great feeling and I am proud to boast about it here in this post, I love being this way and it is who I am spiritually inside.

Your life still goes on whether you have money or not. Having a lot of money didn't help Steve Jobs. He had a serious health condition and having all that money couldn't keep him from dying. We all have to die and that is the fact, but if you have no friends or family that you can talk to and share your feelings with, then is your life really a good one? I say it's not. You're all alone, well not really because if YOU believe in God then that's who you lean on the most and talk too. God will listen and hear you. Be grateful! Having a good friend helps a plenty too.

Gratitude is a good thing, and I encourage everyone to look at the video and think about what I said above. GRATITUDE is what I felt when I looked at it. Thank you for taking the time to read this post, and here's to my friend Philippe and to all the friends I am to meet in the future.

FREE MLM Training - What's Important To Your Prospect When Deciding On A Company? (Part Two)

Well I'm back and now I am going to reveal the answers and hopefully you have rated them as instructed from my previous post. If you are new here and have not read part one then you can just click here and do so now.

Let's begin, and we shall find out "Are YOU Thinking Like A Prospect?

The number one thing that is important to the prospect is:

1. Who gave the presentation? I hope this doesn't surprise you, because if you put something else as number one then it's not looking good for you. I've said it once before in previous post, and I will say it again here PEOPLE JOIN PEOPLE! It's YOU that they know, like and trust. It's not about the company or any products, it's just simply YOU!

So moving on to number two, and that is, Upline Support. Your prospect wants to know if you can help them, and and will the up-line be any help too. Makes sense, let's look at it this way would you want someone to sponsor you in the business and then you're just left all alone and don't know what to do next? It doesn't make you feel confident in your decision to join them in their network marketing company, and now you're wondering if anyone is going to join you because you don't know if you want to continue. It's a bitter pill to swallow, there again it's all about YOU!

What's number three, is there Training Provided? Still again it's about you and no mention of money yet. All that matters to your prospect is "Will YOU Help Me?"
Do YOU have a system in place which I can follow to help me be successful, and what about conference calls that they can get on, is it sufficient to teach me the skills that I will need for my business? These are all the questions your prospect wants to know before they want to know about your company. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO ASSURE THEM OF THIS BEFORE YOU EVEN ATTEMPT TO TALK ABOUT YOUR COMPANY!

Number Four would be the "Marketing Plan and Potential Earnings"

Now your prospect is probably wondering "Can I really make money doing this and can you train me?" You don't want to get all into the details of if, just give them an short overview as as not to confuse them. Remember this may very well be someone who is a total newbie and they want understand if you go into too much detail. On the other hand, if they have been another network marketing company and didn't do so good, then you surely want to tread lightly with them too. In either case, just be brief as possible and give them a little bit of how they can make money and reassure them they can do it.

Coming up next is number five. Since we are here and now I will ask how are you doing so far? If you got them all right then you great, so you are thinking like a prospect. However if you have missed on all of the four mentioned above then that's something you have got to work on. It means the success of your business and it is vitally important. Here's number five and it is Product Line. Okay now you can finally talk about products, but hold up a minute, WHOA nelly slow down. All they want to know is "What is the product and can I use it?" Please, please don't waste a lot of time telling them ingredients and such things about the product. They're not ready to hear any of that yet. Just keep is simple, and that is that. Listen and if they ask a question, be ready to answer but be brief and KEEP IT SIMPLE!

Now number six is coming at you, and it is Being First In The Area. Now they want to know if there is potential for growth and this is important to your prospect because they don't want to join a company, and find out in a few years, that the company is shutting it's doors because there is no market for the product anymore. That would be a truly sad day for them because now they have to start all over again.

Moving right along to number seven, and I have to ask "How are you doing so far?" I hope that you have gotten some of them right because if you have missed them all then that would surely not be a good thing for your business.

Back to number seven and it is Company Literature Shown.
YOU CAN'T RELY ON SALES BROCHURE TO SELL SOMEONE. Not even an audio or video tape. Once again it back on YOU. It's making that connection and having a relationship with people. That's what network marketing is, it's a relationship business. I can't make it more clearer than that. If YOU don't have relationships with people then that means your business will not prosper. Bottom line because nothing else matters.

Oh boy we're moving on to number eight, and this a good one. Now your prospect wants to know if the company is legitimate and that they are there. They just want to know that they will send them a check, and that they have an office with an address and a phone they can call them if they need to.

Okay here's number nine Is The Sales Kit Provided?
Now you can tell them about the great videos, and the brochures and all the tools they will get to build their business. Notice this is almost the least important thing the prospect wants to know. Why do you think that is? It's about the top three things that I told you about at the beginning, YOU ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT and what that means if you haven't taken the time to get to know someone, and you trust each other then nothing else matters they won't be a prospect for your business anyway. It's a relationship business and I believe that with all my heart. It's how you build your business and have lifelong friendships in the process. This is truly the only way to do it. It's YOU!

Oh wow we're at number ten and this is the least important thing that a prospect wants to know about when you're speaking to them, and that is Company Management Experience.

They don't want to hear stories about how the president of the company is a family man or if he is down to earth man and he shops at Walmart. It just doesn't matter to them. Just make sure they like and believe you. The only thing that you want to do is leave them with a great impression of you, and that you can call them because you have a friend that know, like and trust you for being who you are.

It all starts with YOU, and now it's time to tally up your score to see how you rank.
Here's how you would do that, take the difference between what you had and the correct answer. (Example: suppose you had number 7 Company Literature shown as number 3 then the difference would be 4.) Now just do that with each item, then add them up and see how you thinking, comparing how yourself to how the prospect is thinking.

I will leave you with this final thought "IT'S WHAT YOUR PROSPECT THINKS THAT MATTERS. WHAT YOU KNOW DOESN'T MATTER TO THEM."

In a few minutes I am going to provide you with a list, and from that list I am going to give you a little quiz to see if you are thinking like a prospect. This is critical that you know this, because it will make the difference of you having a successful business. No one wants to waste any time on building your business, because you want to create a residual income so that you can have freedom to do what you want, when you want.

Now grab a pen and write down this list I am about to give to you, and what I want you to do is, rate these items yourself, from 1 to 10, most to least important. I recommend that you take this quiz and I will give you the answers on tomorrow.

Added Note: The number one most important thing is... and I'm willing to say this much, that only a few people will know what it is.

OK are you ready.

Here's the list:

* Company Literature
* Marketing plan and potential earnings
* Training provided
* Who gave the presentation
* Product Line
* Company Management experience
* Up-line support

Network Marketing Success - Let's Just Cut To The Chase, And Come To A Realization Right Now!

If you listen to the wrong person, you will buy into the saying "It's a numbers game." And to that I can respond to and say this much. Network marketing is not a numbers game, and those that believe this are probably direct marketers. This is there favorite phrase, and this is how you will know those direct marketers. They all say it, pay attention when you are attending a webinar or lecture.

It is a RELATIONSHIP business. Here's the realization you MUST come to in order to be successful in this business. You must remember that it IS a process, there is no shortcut around this. YOU MUST get to know, like and trust people before you can determine if they are someone you want to be in business with. Stop believing that it's a numbers game, people are people. How would you feel if someone spoke to you only because they wanted to sell you there products or get you in there business? It wouldn't feel good at all. That's called having a money agenda, and in business it will not serve you to have a money agenda because people have feelings and can feel it. It will turn them off and they will be ready to get away from you.

It would be so obvious to them and the next time they see you, it's likely that they will try to avoid you. So YOU surely want to work on losing that money agenda, it will stagnate your business, and success will not happen for you. That's when frustration will begin to set in, I've seen this happen to so many people, and there is only one thing they can do and that is, get focused and clear there mind by getting rid of the negativity and chatter that has been planted in there subconscious mind.

MLM Success - My Mentors: The Most Brilliant Marketers I Know!

Residual Income - Not Multiple Streams Of Outgo (Income)

I just don't know why so many people are so willing to believe in multiple streams of income.

Michael Dlouhy says it this way in his free e-book "Success in 10 Steps." and I quote:

"When you promote a smorgasboard of opportunities, you undermine your network. When you try to appeal to everybody with your multiple streams of products & services, smart people will not take you seriously. And why should they? You have no identity in their mind.

Result?

NO TRUST. NO LOYALTY. NO NETWORK. YOUR PEOPLE ARE EASY TARGETS FOR SOME NARROWLY FOCUSED NETWORKER."

All you're doing is wasting time and money searching for opportunities to create multiple streams of income. All you're doing is losing your focus and eventually your power will be gone from you.

What does that mean for you? You're weak instead of being strong. All those products and service that you are promoting, you don't know anything about any of them. Am I getting my point across to you? I sure hope so because I don't want you to go through all of that.

It doesn't have to be that way at all. Make it easier on yourself by getting focused, taking the time to learn how to find the right business opportunity, getting the skills and training you need so that you can make money online and have residual income to retire and have freedom, peace of mind forever.

MLM Compensation Plans - Find The Right One That Will Work For YOU Not Against YOU!

Here's what I want to point out to you, there are some compensation plans that will require you to sponsor, sponsor, sponsor constantly. Think about this, can YOU ever retire? NO!

There are some people that can do that and don't mind doing it. It's there personality and they love it. That's just who they are, but can anyone else do it? So how can that work for everybody and be a win-win for all. It's not.

A compensation plan like that wouldn't work for someone who wants to build their network marketing business and wants to retire one day, it's not possible. When the sponsoring stops, the income stops, you get where I'm coming from? I am really trying to drive this point home to you. It's so clear and why would anybody in there right mind want to be in this kind of pay plan where you got to keep sponsoring to get paid? Only a small few will like such a pay plan.

Now moving on to another subject I want to speak about before I conclude my post. I know that you have probably heard the phrase "Multiple Streams Of Income" and you might or might know what this really means. Let me explain it like this.

I have seen people promoting and marketing to their friends on the social sites, to join them in their new program, and why is it that I see these same people that were pushing one program one day and the next day it's another one? Does that mean they are making residual income? A resounding NO! Multiple streams of income is baloney, who came up with this nonsense. That's all it is, because all you are doing is spending more and more money. Is there any income coming in? I seriously doubt it. Think about this, when they tell you it's free to join and you will make BIG MONEY. Do YOU believe that? I hope that you are smarter than that. How can you make money if everyone is joining for free. Not logical isn't it? Exactly my point, don't fall for it. They are lying and it's likely a SCAM!

When I hear someone talk about multiple streams of income, I know that they are 1) not educated and don't know better and 2) someone has lied to them and got them in so they can make money off them. Now the person who signed them up will move on and find another sucker who will believe there lies and it's just a bad never ending cycle.

Now that person is left feeling that they can't make money online and will believe that the internet is just full of scams. Yes this is how it works. There is something you can do to stop this from happening to you, and that is to get EDUCATED so you know how to find the right network marketing company that will give you the residual income you desire.
Build it once, build it right and build a massive income that will continue to come in forever.

It's all about FREEDOM! Having the lifestyle that will bring you happiness and peace.

Do Men And Women Communicate Differently? - In One Word, YES!

As a woman and author writing this post, I will try to be fair because only in that sense will this post be fair for all to read. First things first, since this is a continuation of my previous post titled "Men And Women: Platonic - Is That Possible?" I invite you to read it before you get started on this post. CLICK HERE and do so now.

Now that you have read my previous post, and I am assuming that you did, and if you have any thoughts and comments you are welcome to submit them below.

A definite YES! Men and women do communicate differently. How so? Think about this and let me know if this has happened to you. Have you ever been in a conversation with a man, and you asked him a question and he really didn't know the answer? But here's the thing, he's NOT going to let you know that. So when he does say something, his answer doesn't make sense to you and so now you want clarification on why he said that. All of a sudden he has something else he has to do. Why do you think he left so abruptly?

More than likely he was trying to make a getaway because he didn't want you to realize that he didn't know. What's up with that? None of us are perfect, why is it a man feels like he has to have all the answer, is it because of his pride and he is the 'MAN' therefore he is supposed to know everything. Oh wow what a shame, because a man that thinks this way is in for a rude awakening one day. It will happen and he's not going to know how to deal with it, because he has been programmed this way. Why do I say that? It's TRUE and the only way around this kind of thinking is to reprogram the subconscious mind and that will not happen until he admits that he doesn't know and have to know everything.

Now moving on to the women, I want to give you a scenario that I want you to think about as well. You're a business woman and in a supervisory position, and there are a few men in with the people that you supervise. When it comes times to give a promotion, you choose a woman and then one of the men approaches you and says that he should have gotten the position for which he is qualified for, and you know this. The woman you picked is a single woman with a child and you want to help her, so you give it to her. Here's the thing, what did you base your decision on? Was it because she was qualified, or a single woman with a child and your heart was all emotional? Is that fair for all parties involved? NO it is not but that's how many women will think and they will rationalize and say that they made the right decision. We women tend to think with our heart's more than men. That's just who we are, and it is rare to find a woman that is so heartless that she will not help another woman because we are compassionate like that. On the other hand, there are men that are compassionate and will on occasion do something that's noble. I hope that I have given you something to think about and it is my hope that it will make you a better person and it all boils down to being fair with one another no matter what the gender is.

Many people might say that it's Facebook, and then there are some who will say it's Google. Truth be told, in my opinion I don't really care at all about it. They all have one thing in common, they all want you on their site. That's what it's all about. In actuality you can do what you want on anyone of them any given day. It all amounts to how you are using them, so that they will give you the desired results. Where Google and Facebook are concerned, it's all about profits. Each one wants you to get advertising with them, and in return you will get a ton of targeted leads. That's partly true, and the reason why I say this is, because being in the social networking environment involves being social. Getting to know people, and they getting to know you.

I have been using the social networking websites for about three and a half years, and the success I am having is mainly because of interaction with people. There's no way around this, you just can't post a link and think that's it. Interaction is the key and you can do this on Google, Facebook, Twitter and many other social sites that are on the internet.

So the point is, it doesn't matter to you, who is number one. The only thing that matters is, how are you making good use of the social networking websites?

I would like to share with you a site that is not competing with Google, Facebook or Twitter. This site is working for you to get exposure for your business, and branding YOU on the internet. Also you are getting traffic from every possible place on the internet. I believe this site to be unique because it is for business owners like you and me.

Network Marketing - Join The Wrong Company And It's A Wipeout For YOU!

The word Spillover is being used a whole lot on the internet these days, and the fact is many people don't really know or understand what it means. I will tell YOU the truth about this word that is being exploited all over the internet to lure people into business opportunity that will leave you hanging by the seat of your pants. YOU will not know what happened to you.

Spillover - Creating a Welfare Mentality

Good people don't want welfare. They want to build it themselves. They just want to learn the skills they need to build this business and create residual income, money that's coming in week after week, year after year, and they can will it to their children's children.

When you look at a lot of network marketing websites, you often see that word "spillover." The proposition, more or less, is, "get in now, today, and you'll get all this spillover."

In 27 years, I have never, ever, ever seen anybody get spillover, having somebody build it for them.

And if you look closely at the compensation plans of the companies that promote spillover, you'll find out that those who get spillover usually don't get paid on it. There are other hoops to jump through to get paid on that spillover, and these people rarely ever qualify.

So it's the person who actually does the work who gets the pay what a novel idea!

Companies & reps use "spillover" as a tool to drag in people who think they can build a business without doing any work. In other words, no sponsoring, no recruiting. It targets that type of person.

When You Say "Spillover", You Are Targeting Quitters!

When you see a network marketing company that promotes spillover on their website, they're looking for welfare-minded people. The problem for you is, you can't build with these people, unless YOU do all the work! That's what they expect. And when you don't build their business, they'll be off somewhere else, looking for a better welfare plan.

So really, when you or your company promote spillover, you are targeting people who will not be with you long-term. And in network marketing, that makes absolutely no sense. The failure rate will be 100%.

And Here's Why The Leads You Buy Tell You To Go Pound Sand!

The quickest way to build a huge list is to offer the moon and require nothing (no money, no work, no purchase) in return. You'll see companies promoting "we've signed up more people faster than anybody else in the history of network marketing." Problem is, there's nobody ordering any product. It's just a bunch of names on a list - but now they can call these people "network marketers."

Then they turn around and sell this huge database of worthless names (an "MLM geneology list") For $10,000 each to 10 different list brokers. BAM! That's $100,000 profit! And then the list brokers sell these "leads" to all the people in network marketing who want to build their business - including YOU!

So you pay $2-$3 a lead for these people, you call them up, and they tell you, "Hey! You're nuts! I've never been in network marketing!" They don't even know what it is. They just opted in to some pie-in-the-sky list, hoping to get something for nothing.

Conclusion? Run like heck from any company focused on "spillover" - and ALWAYS generate your own leads.

Viral Marketing - Setting Up Your First Viral Campaign!

I'm back and it is my hope that you have learned a great deal from my previous posts. I have enjoyed it thoroughly, sharing all the wisdom that is locked inside my brain.

Let me just say, if this is your first time here and you missed my other posts. I recommend that you click here and read it from the beginning.

On my last post I instructed you to begin working on your viral message. I just wanted you to get a feel as to what you want to say in it. I didn't mean to actually write it up because that is what I am going to share with you here today.

Technique number one: When creating your viral message, you must choose carefully the population (or group of people) that you start out with. If you pass your viral message to people that are not socially active, the message will not reach the targeted population.

Technique number two: Your viral message must persuade people to send it to others. Don't just write something up and send it to your carefully chosen group, if you do this then your viral campaign will not get off the ground. Remember what I said, this is the initial step and once it gets started it will continue on for a very long time afterwards when it's done correctly. So take time when creating that very special viral message so that you will make people aware about your brand. One thing I can certainly say is, it works.

Technique number three: I want to reiterate this point because it is vital that you get this. Once you put your viral message out and start the campaign, you will not have much control on your campaign and if you don't get things right, you risk your reputation and you might not recover from it. This is utmost important that you do it as I have outlined. Let me start by saying this, I know you got an abundance of knowledge about Power Marketing yesterday. You should be preparing to get ready to create and send your first viral message.

The advantages of viral marketing, the only purpose in doing it is to spread awareness about you and your brand.

Power marketing is less expensive when compared to other forms of marketing such as advertising on the internet. Advertising can be very costly if your budget does not permit you to do so at the time. Viral marketing will duplicate for anyone who wants to use it.

With just one campaign, a viral marketer can target a large number of people. In fact I just did a campaign two days ago, and I am still benefiting from it. This can go on for days. I did it without any effort on my part at all.

That's another reason why I use viral marketing, because it will continue long after the initial campaign has been started. The initial step is sending the viral message to the person(s) that you have identified as your target population; you don't have to keep sending message several times. The marketing for your brand will continue for some time after sending your viral message. Now that's POWER MARKETING AT IT'S BEST!

A fact I want to bring out here is, people respond more positively to friends than businesses. I know you have to agree with me on this. Why? It's a fact and the truth.

With viral marketing, you increase the number of people on your list and that's what you want. "The Money Is IN THE LIST" and that's a fact also. Viral marketing is proven to be more advantageous, because you're not doing the marketing. When a person gets your viral message, chances are much higher that he or she will respond to the message more positive and it won't be thought of as a spam message.

So increasing your awareness about your brand can be very easy with viral marketing. You need to keep certain things in mind when using the viral marketing techniques. I will share with you what they are on tomorrow.

Viral Marketing - Why You Must Use It?

Good day to you and I hope that you got plenty of nuggets from my post yesterday. Just in case you didn't read it, you can always do so by clicking here now.

My whole purpose of writing this article is to give you value and information that you can use in your marketing strategies. I can't think of anything more important then increasing your brand awareness. This is especially important if you are new to the internet and don't know about branding. This is the best way of increasing and getting the word about you, your product or service.

Now I will begin by saying this, as I said yesterday. I do use these techniques everyday and if you will check my profile out, you will see that I have branded my name very good on all the social networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter, and many others on the internet. All YOU have to do is Google my name and you will see that my reputation is what I say it to be.

Moving on to the information you came here for. Viral Marketing is POWER MARKETING. I like to call it power marketing because that's what it is to me. It is most commonly referred to as "internet word of mouth."

One of the techniques is a particular strategy that's used where a specific population (or group of people) or a specific individual is selected. The reason for doing this will be obvious when you continue reading the next technique I will share with you.

As a viral marketer, you want to try and find person(s) that have high potential for social networking. In other words people that you see daily on the social networking websites. You have to keep your ears and eyes open to find those people and this in turn will help you to grow your chain. Folks I'm telling you this is so easy to do on Facebook because it has a vast amount of users that actively use it on a daily basis. Out of the 500 million users, there is a significant amount of people that log in every single day and that means you can reach those people with your viral message when you do this one technique correctly.

Now it don't take a great deal of time to find people that are regular users just go through your newsfeed and find several people and check out their friends, you get to do this by checking out the comments in your newsfeed. If you find posts that looks interesting, and if it has a lot of people commenting on it. Just click on a few people and see if you're already a friend. If you're not a friend you can get to know them and by making a comment on a post with them, you are interacting with them on that post. Now you can check out their profile (NOTE:Remember who you are looking for) and find out more about them and decide if you want to add them as a friend, the rest is so easy because their friends in a sense can become your friends. Every time you send out a viral message they will be seeing it too. This is how you will create and increase your brand awareness.

You can make use of several advertising tools like videos, e-book or reports to share with people and find the specific person(s) that you are looking for. It is absolutely ESSENTIAL that both the product/service and the tool (that a marketer uses) is something that they're interested in.

This is something I see all over the internet. People are signing up for everything they see, believing they will make money online. You got to know that most of what's out now is for the most part a scam. How do I know that?

It's logical when you just take the time and think. There's no such thing as getting something for nothing. They tell you when you join with them they will build your down line for you. Come on you're not buying that crap. Another one that's being used a lot is they tell you about the spillover that will happen if you tell everyone to join in under you. All you got is a bunch of people sitting around waiting on the spillover that was promised to them. It's all B.S!!! Everything that's being put out on the internet is telling people that you don't have to do anything to make money. Not so!

You get hooked in by that. It's the bait to get you to sign up. They use that as a lure to reel you in. You have just been caught in their net when you sign up.

There is something you can do. Make a decision to forget about multiple streams of income. You heard me.

I guess you're wondering where I'm going with this, well I can tell you where my mind is. It's crystal clear that I am totally focused, more focused than I have ever been in my entire life because I have programmed my mind with positive thoughts with what I want in my life.

The number one thing I have in my mind is always to do my best to help anyone that needs my help. I just had a conversation with a friend of mine, and the biggest thing happening in her life right now is, passing her test in college. Now get this, the lady is in her middle 50s and she is living check to check. But the reality is, she will never have financial freedom, so where is her mind. It's nothing wrong with getting education but it's what you do with it once you get it. Use it or lose!

Where is your mind? It should be focused on how you can have a residual income and enjoy your life and be happy and peaceful. That's really all anybody wants.

Having said that, I want to relate an experience from my past, you see a few years back when I was selling water filters. Now this was doing the time when they were just becoming popular and I thought this was a sure winner. So I signed up and was ready to make big money. Well I can tell you, it didn't happen quickly at all. I first had to come up with some more cash to get my products. Little did I know that the compensation plan was stacked against me because it was not WIN-WIN (the only one who was winning was the company) and the business model was all wrong. What I mean by that is, I first had to buy the product from the company at wholesale cost and turn around and retail it (at a higher price) to make any money. Needless to say you can probably guess what happened. I quickly found out that this was not going to be easy doing this. That means other people you share this business opportunity with, it would not be easy for them either.

But I persisted and I actually worked at it for over a year. The reason that I shared this experience with you, I know now that the company was missing 3 pillars for success. Had I known about them I wouldn't have never signed up with this company.

There are FIVE PILLARS FOR SUCCESS and if you are missing just one, then your success will be temporary or not at all. You will end up being frustrated and believing that it is your fault. That is not so!

MLM Training - The Grass Is Always Greener, when you're making money!

Hello to my faithful readers, just had a thought pop into my head. This has been a really strange week. While I was in one of my social networking websites that I frequent on a daily basis. I encountered a person that was a RED PERSONALITY, okay I know you might not know what a red personality is. More about that later, I want to finish this story.

This RED Personality was not very social at all, in fact he said that he didn't care about relationships at all. He just wanted to fire hose people about his business opportunity. As he put it, he just gives the people the facts and information about his business, and let them decide if they want to join him in his business. But here's where it get's really strange, when it was obvious no one was interested, he kept on trying to tell me about his business. Now to me, he sounded kind of desperate about getting someone to join him. If you want people to even consider your business, you have to get to know the person first, which this person didn't care about doing at all. Now what that tells me is, he will not get far at all in business with that attitude.

In business, people are not going to join you if you do not get to know them. You should like a person, and they should like you too. It should be mutual trust in each other.
Three very simple words - KNOW, LIKE, AND TRUST!

It so simple but for a RED PERSONALITY. It's just not easy for them to have a relationship with anyone. It's just who they are.

Network Marketing Success - Are YOU Thinking Like A Prospect?

I know you love that picture to the right, I do too. Isn't that a beautiful scene? Of course it is, well we already have something in common. Keep reading my post and let's see what else we can learn about each other.

So in answer to the question:

1. Are YOU thinking like a prospect? Probably not!

2. What exactly does your prospect want to know? That's what you MUST FOCUS on.

Two very important questions that YOU MUST ask yourself and it is crucial that you do this.

THAT'S WHAT YOU MUST FIND OUT!

Good communication is the KEY.

Being completely open will tell the other person about you and what you represent without you having to say very much at all.
By having an open conversation, that in itself will allow you to connect with the other person thereby creating a field of energy that will make them compelled to listen to you.

NETWORK MARKETING IS A PEOPLE BUSINESS. Three words I will say to you, that you MUST never forget.

Know, Like and Trust.
Whether it's a business or personal relationship. Commit the three words above to memory and success will surely be yours. Not to mention you will have a reputation and that will certainly help you in your business and personal relationships.

CARING AND SHOWING A GENUINE, SINCERE INTEREST. THAT'S WHAT IT'S ALL ABOUT.
One thing I am seeing a lot of on the internet is, people are not genuinely interested in really helping people. Sure they put it there on the website about how they will help you succeed, but do you really believe that?

Do you feel that they want to get to know YOU? Probably not.
A potential prospect wants to know that you care. People are people, not numbers. Network marketing is not a numbers game. People have dreams, desires and goals. You don't want to become a recruiter, you want to sponsor a person that has learned the truth about you, and having that KNOW, LIKE and TRUST between the both of you. That's how it will happen every time, because you have taken the time to develop your relationship, and both of you will know that's it's right.
You have that energy, that chemistry, a bond and it all starts with communication.

Three words: KNOW, LIKE AND TRUST

Social Networking Websites- Stop building the site owners list, you'll never have residual income by doing that.

This is the finale of what started out as one single post about social networking websites. But I had to keep going because I just felt like I had to get this out of my mind and I wanted you, my loyal readers to read this. It's been just about two weeks of steady working on this. I have to say I believe this is a worth while subject to be writing about.

I believe that it will leave you with some ah ha moments, and I want you to just really think about everything that I have said. Now if this is your first time here, then you should definitely read Parts 1,2, and 3 before reading the finale. Just click here now.

I firmly believe that when you join social networking websites that your focus should be on, getting to know someone first. The only way to do that is, by checking out their profiles and finding some things that you have in common. As I said in my previous posts, these new site owners have made it all about business. They want people to refer others to join their site and pay them a commission. Most people do that and they think they are going to make BIG MONEY doing that. Little do they know, they're just spinning their wheels.

The thing that gets me about all of this is, they are trying to turn social networking into a business. It's not a business. Who will win? Only the site owners because they have built a list and you don't have a list, and you probably didn't get paid anything either. That's why I am speaking out about this because it is very important to get the word out about this. Everyone should speak out and tell the site owners to stop doing this, they make you believe that referring others will help you. That's a BIG FAT LIE. The only reason they want you to refer anyone is to add them to their list.

Look at it this way, if you refer 50 of your friends. Just say one-third decide to upgrade, okay that's about 17 people and if you're a free member and the site owner says they will pay you 10% per referrer. YOU just made a $1.70. That's not much, when you do the math. But look what has happened for the site owners. All of your 50 friends you just referred goes to their mailing list and they get to email and pitch them on what ever offer they are promoting. YOU see what I'm getting at now, where's your list? You are doing all the work promoting their site and you are not being compensated fairly at all. There list is growing and well, yours is not.

Plus you have to wait to get paid if you ever do. That's not the way social networking is supposed to be. The name "Social Networking" is self explanatory, and it's quite plain and very simple. I have a video that I want to share with you by my friend, Perry Belcher. He gives a great illustration of social networking. Please take a moment and look at it now.

Wasn't that a great video? I know you are having an ah ha moment, then you need to tweet this on Twitter and like this on Facebook and share this post with everyone YOU KNOW and stop this type of behavior. It's all wrong and it's not WIN-WIN for all parties involved. This is just happening to much and I can't take it anymore. Are you in with me?

Social Networking Websites - It's all about relationships, and that's the bottom line!

If you have been keeping up with my previous post, then this post will put you on the right track to having success with social networking. It's really very easy, and all you have to do is be YOU. Develop your relationships, and take your time doing it.

Now back to using the social networking websites, you can have a personal relationship, or it could be a business relationship. If your main focus is having a business relationship, then you should work on developing it correctly. But here's the point that I want to make clear to you, having a business relationship only can have a downside. If your relationships is business only, then you have to realize that at some point you may eventually be competing against one another.

Don't get me wrong, you do need to have these business contacts, but you still need to have some kind of a personal relationship with them. So that you will know more about them personally, the benefits of getting to know someone personally and on a business level can be very beneficial, and rewarding. With social networking, you can have a 1,000 business contacts, but can you talk with all of them at one time. Of course not, you would still have to make contact with these people and interact with them and learn more about their business. So you see there still has to be interaction, because it still has to be developed first. It is a MUST that you develop your personal and business contacts.

Because you want ALL of your contacts to have the best possible impression of you. So that's why it's worth the effort to use social networking sites correctly, and it's so very important to learn this skill. You will be rewarded with, not only a successful business but relationships that will last forever (personal and business).

But the thing I want to stress here is this, when I see social networking websites place the focus on making money and paying people for referring others, and then you see people everywhere promoting for them. Some people will even tell you that this is the easiest home business, it just blows my mind of how uneducated people really are about this. They are not even thinking about this, they just sign up and start telling others about it. They have no interest in developing a relationship, only to get them in so they can make a few dollars.

In reality it takes quite a bit of people to make a decent check, and they don't even know if they are going to get paid. How's that for an eye-opener? Something to think about? YOU bet it is! Yet most people don't think about this, I have seen this and all I could think is, they are just wasting their time. They probably won't get paid, and they are building their list for them, and all these site owners do is send promotional emails to people that join.

They make all the money and you end up waiting to be paid, and probably never will get any money from them. So many people move on to something else to promote, or they get frustrated and quit. It's really ashamed of what's happening to social networking, and I really don't know if it will stop, because there's a lot of people that are looking to make money, and that's how they get people to join. Social networking Websites - Why Upgrade And Is It Really A Benefit To YOU?

I will begin by saying this first, if you haven't read part one of my post you should do it now. Just click here and read it now.

Moving right along to what I will be uncovering right now. This will be very informative for you and something for you to consider when using these social sites.

I can't believe what I'm seeing these days, social networking has really changed and it has changed so much that they're even trying to make it like a home business. What a bunch of BS they're shooting up your you know what. The idea that you have to pay to socialize is totally uncool. Some social sites that are free, they tell you that they will pay you a percentage of the profits from advertising.

But there's a catch, you have to refer people to their site. But get this, the amount they are paying is so small (usually about ten cents to fifty cents) that it won't amount to much any way. If you're looking to make an extra $100 a month, at the rate of 50 cents per referral, you need to refer 200 people to join and they probably have to refer others or upgrade for you to collect anything. They're certainly not going to pay you when they're not making any money. You do have to work for it! So they have turned this into a job for you, so where is the social networking? Plus you're not getting to know any one because you're so busy trying to get people to join so you can get paid. Hmmm!!!

So who do you think is getting the most benefit from this sort of activity, the site owner, that's who. You're doing all the work and it's not going to bring you any residual income either. So my point is this, why bother because it is the wrong business model, all you are doing is building their list for them and you're telling every one you know to join and do the same thing you are doing.

Does this seem fair? Heck no, it's all wrong and it's not a home business either. But still this is all I see, these so called free social networking sites that say they're free. This is where thinking is required by you. How can they pay you if there's no money involved? There's got to be revenue coming in, if not then they will be shutting down the site.

Take for example Google, if they didn't have people using their search engine who would see all those sponsored ads and what would happen to PPC ads, there wouldn't be NO Google. Even Facebook, what about those ads you see on the side when you log in, that's their revenue from social network advertising. Let's face it, Facebook is probably the most popular social networking website and more than likely they will remain that way for a very long time.

I don't see any of this changing for them, they're just growing everyday. So for all these other social sites that try to persuade people to join by saying that they will pay you. It's all baloney, and it will never work for a business. For any business to work, it has to have all five pillars. This is not up for debate, and that's just the way it is. For those that are interested in knowing what are the FIVE PILLARS for a successful business, I recommend you get the following resource at the end of this post and become educated about them.

My post is just my opinion, and it's what I'm seeing everyday on the internet, and really to me it is giving social networking a bad name. Social networking websites are for one reason, and that is to meet people and gradually over time get to know someone, and build on it. It's all about trust and honesty, having integrity and when you've got all of that, it makes for a great relationship forever. But when you factor money into it, then all of that changes, it's all about making money. So many people have an agenda and people can feel that.

That's why I believe that getting paid for referring people will never work, the social site owners that do it, just want to turn it into a business and make money. That's just the fact and when you think about this, and realize that there is something you can do. Just keep social networking the way it was intended without all the upgrades, forget about the benefits, because all you are doing is giving your money to the site owners and building their list and they in turn will just promote to the people you have referred to them. It's not a WIN-WIN for all parties involved.

The success for social sites like these is only temporary, because people will find another social site and run there, and tell all their friends to join them in there too. No one will be making any money, and everyone has an agenda because it's so much competing going on. NO one is bothering to get to know each other, just sign up with me and make money! What a waste of time, and my last point is that you will end up thinking that you can't make money on the internet. You can win and I can prove it to you, YOU just need the proper education and training. Get the resource at the bottom of the page for FREE!

Social Networking Websites - Where is the Focus?

What do I mean by that? Most of these social networking websites are Web 2.0 marketing. All that means is when you see a share button on it, that is so you can bookmark it on other sites so they can get backlinks so others will visit.

Don't get me wrong, the site owners want you to interact and meet people, but on the other hand they want you to tell others so they can join the site and then guess what happens next. They're on the site owners list and they get to send emails to everyone who joins.

These are people you have referred to them, and then they get to promote to them to, either to upgrade or some offer they are currently marketing. Hmmm! Isn't that what you want to happen. Did a light bulb just go off. Don't get mad, it's just how works, but the thing that sticks in my craw is this.

It's the social networking groups, a few of these sites want to tell you what you can talk about in your group. Some even have the audacity to remove your post if they feel like you are promoting your business. Well what the heck are they doing when they're mailing out to people that you have referred to them.

So how does internet social networking works, YOU pay a monthly fee to come to a location everyday and the whole purpose is to be able to come their and introduce yourself, start up a conversation and if you meet a lot of people, that's interested in discussing it further then you present them with your business card (a link to your website).

Here's another way I can put it, Say you got about 4 or 5 people that you're talking with, and say the owner happens to pass and sees that you are passing out your business card, and he says that's not allowed and breaks up your discussion. Is that fair? What did he just do here? He stopped you from doing what you are paying him a monthly fee to do. Social networking is like a great big meeting hall, and if the owners are going to be so controlling as to tell you what you can talk about, then why bother paying them.

That's what you're paying them to do. That's why I never pay to do internet social networking because you're not building your list, only the site owners. I feel like I will be writing about this some more. This has really gotten my juices flowing and it's something that should be addressed. Just something that you need to think about.

You really should give this some serious thought, and if you would like to learn how to think, not what to think. Building Your Network Marketing Business - Should Not Be Frustrating YOU. If it is, YOU are doing it all wrong!

First off, if you're reading this, then it's safe to assume you are:

1) Thinking about joining a network marketing company.

2) Already in one and it's not going quite like you imagined.

3) Was in one and it didn't work and now you want to give it another try, to see if this time you can make it work.

How am I doing so far? If you said 'YES' to any one of them, then you are who I am looking for. Personally I have been in all three situations. So you see, you're not alone.
Truth be told, everybody has been there and done that. But there is some who wouldn't admit it if they failed. Failure can be a good thing if you learned from your mistakes, right?

But if YOU failed and quit, then that's a different story. There are some people who are professional quitters, what that means is they will find any excuse to give up and quit. That's just them and there's nothing you can do to help them. They are going to quit at everything when they come up against something that's to difficult for them.

I'm looking for the person that wants to learn what I can teach them. Being a great follower means that you will be a great leader one day. That's how great leaders are made. YOU got to admit this to yourself, if you are currently working on a JOB, who are you following? Answer: Your companies rules and regulations, by showing up everyday. Now I'm sure that's not where you want to remain. YOU have dreams, goals and desires for yourself. Right? Of course you do!

Certainly you want better. I have everything you need to build your network marketing business as BIG as you can imagine. But you have to put the key in the ignition and turn it right now! I will TRAIN you the right way for FREE!

Building A Relationship - Getting to know someone has EXCELLENT BENEFITS for your business!

What I will be talking about today is, Building A Relationship That Will Last A Lifetime, and how it can be very rewarding for you and your business.

A relationship involves communicating with someone, and you share thoughts and ideas with each other, learning what each other likes and dislikes are, and why? In other words finding out just what makes one another tick. It can be easy and fun, getting to know someone. Excuse me but there will be some good and sad times. Didn't want to leave that out. But you will get through it together, and the relationship will grow even more.

Now when you first meet someone (whether it be on the phone, social networking, or in person) you don't have a lot to go on. Until someone takes the initiative and makes the first move and say something. Here's what I want to point out to you, when you say and do the right things, it's really easy and you will be successful in building a relationship that will last forever.

It's all about saying the right thing to get someone attention so that they will listen to you and what you have to say. All YOU do is build on that, and if there's any kind of chemistry going on. You've just started your relationship.

It's all about connecting, MAKING THAT CONNECTION.
Now sometimes you might not connect the first time, don't throw in the towel so fast. You should try it a second time and maybe even a third time if you feel the relationship with this person is important to you. Maybe you might use another angle and see if you can get some kind of interaction going one.

Building Your Network Marketing Business - How To Have Fun Doing It?

Yes, YOU can have fun building your network marketing business. If you're not then you ARE NOT doing it right!

Big statement, yeah I know.

But here's what I know and learned from experience.

It's not about having the best product, or recruiting someone in your business to get that almighty BONUS CHECK.

It's more to it then that. If you believe otherwise you are sadly mistaken. How quickly you will learn the truth when the person that joined you doesn't do anything.

While that man was in the hole, someone sent a rope down to him so he could get out of that hole. I want YOU out of the hole you're in. Your lack of success is not your fault. Here's the HOPE you need to climb out of that hole of failure in your business, and climb the ladder of SUCCESS.

Here's what happened to me in one of my network marketing companies I joined in the past. I sponsored someone into my MLM company and they were all excited because I had convinced them that they was about to make BIG MONEY when they did so.

I didn't know what was coming up for me, they got there first order in and begin using it. They didn't like it because they said it didn't help them (at the time they had a cold) so listening to me they used it to help their cold and when it didn't, all I could say was, well it worked for me continue using it. You can probably guess what happened. They didn't do anything to build their business and they quit. But we're still friends and that's a good thing. Oh by the way all I got paid was $30. But it was a good learning experience for me.

A valuable lesson that's in my story I just told: If I had known then what I know now. The results would have been different. But when you don't know, you don't know. But I have learned a many things from a FREE source that I will share with you in just a minute.

But Here's How to Get Good MLM leads:
1. Meet Prospects and have FUN doing it.

One thing I do is, when I go into the grocery store and I'm getting ready to checkout. I always get into the longest line. Why? Because most people are in a hurry and want to get out, so when a person comes up behind me I always offer them to go ahead of me as a gesture. You know what they will say next-thank you, and that will give me a chance to start up a conversation with them. I always have my business card or maybe ask them a question or something. It's up to you what you want to say.

But that is a great way to meet prospects and talk to people. Who knows where it will go, but the main thing is that you will have an opportunity to present your business card and talk to them. They will acknowledge your card, and they will either ask you for more information or say thank you. In any case, you got to share your business. See what comes out of it. If you left an impression on the person, they will remember you the next time that you see them in the store and may later decide to call you back, and they will have your business card to do so.

What I mean by that is this. If YOU go through life letting others influence you into doing what THEY want. YOU my friend will never make it because it is not what you want at all. YOU will not like the outcome and therefore YOU will never be HAPPY!.

There are some people that are like that, they want you to do what they want, or they will throw some excuse at you of why they can't do what YOU want to do. Pure and simple, the thing is don't let anyone influence you at all. Become that critical thinker and use your brain, set your goals and achieve them.

We all have one, so why in the world should we let others do our thinking for us?
Good question, I know. It's one I can answer very simply, because from my personal experience and I'm really giving it all to you. Sometimes we get so involved in trying to please others we forget about pleasing ourself. I know, that was me, then when things don't go the way you thought they were going to go. YOU wanna say OH it wasn't my fault, well who the hell fault was it?

It was noone's fault but YOU! I know I've been there but I have overcame all of that. How did I over come it?

From gas prices to layoffs, this person was complaining about
everything.

Blah, blah, blah, this person DEFEATED HIMSELF.

The economy didn’t defeat him, his boss didn’t defeat him, he
DEFEATED HIMSELF.

That’s the power of our MENTAL ATTITUDE.

It can cause us to WIN, to TRIUMPH, or to defeat ourselves.

This is very important.

It’s so easy to look to the left or look to the right and
find somebody complaining about something.

It’s so easy to join in. Misery loves company.

Don’t do it.

Don’t.

YOU weren’t born to complain. YOU my friend were born to WIN.

We make our own economy.

Work on yourself. Become valuable to others.

Become ATTRACTIVE to others.

Become a problem solver to others.

Don’t pass on a complaining, victim driven attitude to your
kids.

Pass on the SPIRIT of a HERO. A winner.

Don’t take two steps today. Take one.

Move forward 1%. Yes, just 1%.

Start speaking TRIUMPH over your life.

Say:

I am VALUABLE.

People are drawn to me.

I am TALENTED.

I like people and people like me.

Amigo, start going the extra mile for others.

Watch what happens.

Get clear on what you want.

If you’re at a job right now and you want to leave it.

Find out how much money you need to make consistently each
month to leave that job and make that your goal.

Is This the end of McDonald's?

I'm sure those of you who aren't in the cattle business don't understand the issues here. But to those of us whose living depends on the cattle market, selling cattle, raising the best beef possible... This is frustrating.

This will keep us from ever stopping there again, even for a drink.

American cattle producers are very passionate about this.

McDonald's claims that there is not enough beef in the USA to support their restaurants. Well, we know that is not so. Our opinion is they are looking to save money at our expense. The sad thing of it is that the people of the USA are the ones who made McDonald's successful in the first place, but we are not good enough to provide beef.

We personally are no longer eating at McDonald's, which I am sure does not make an impact, but if we pass this around maybe there will be an impact felt.

Please pass it on. Just to add a note:

All Americans that sell cows at a livestock auction barn had to sign a paper stating that we do NOT EVER feed our cows any part of another cow. South Americans are not required to do this as of yet.

McDonald's has announced that they are going to start importing much of their beef from South America. The problem is that South Americans aren't under the same regulations as American beef producers, and the regulations they have are loosely controlled.

They can spray numerous pesticides on their pastures that have been banned here at home because of residues found in the beef. They can also use various hormones and growth regulators that we can't. The American public needs to be aware of this problem and that they may be putting themselves at risk from now on by eating at good old McDonald's.

American ranchers raise the highest quality beef in the world and this is what Americans deserve to eat. Not beef from countries where quality is loosely controlled. Therefore, I am proposing a boycott of McDonald's until they see the light.

I'm sorry but everything is not always about the bottom line, and when it comes to jeopardizing my family's health, that is where I draw the line.

I am sending this note to about thirty people. If each of you send it to at least ten more (30 x 10 = 300) ..

and those 300 send it to at least ten more (300 x 10 = 3,000) ... and so on, by the time the message reaches the sixth generation of people, we will have reached over THREE MILLION consumers!

I'll bet you didn't think you and I had that much potential, did you? Acting together we can make a difference. If this makes sense to you, please pass this message on.

Successful people make the effort to understand:

1. What really makes people tick.

2. What motivates them.

3. Why they makes the choices they make.

If you're in network marketing, YOU should know this.

MLM is a people business, not a sales business.

If you want to be successful, get to know a person and find out what they want, it may turn out that they don't want to be in network marketing. Whatever there reason maybe, getting to know them first, it will be revealed to you in time. You may not want them in your business if you find out what they're reason is, and maybe you can help them work through it.

The kind of person you would want to join you in your business is someone you could go on a 30 day cruise with. You wouldn't want to be on a cruise with someone who just joined your business and you didn't make the effort in getting to know them first and then you find out later on something about that person you don't like.

Build your business for success by getting to know someone first, and having a good relationship. Then in time the person you have been in a relationship with may just want to see what you do for a living and by getting to know them, you can make your decision on whether or not to present it to them based upon your relationship with them. It may turn out that your decision is not to be in business with them and just be friends. On the other hand, it could be a perfect union for both of you.

It really is very important to understand that you must make the effort to find out first.

Wouldn't life be grand if the people in the world was perfect, but it's not and you really don't want just anybody in your business.

So in finishing this up, to say that everybody is different is an understatement. We all have our strengths and we all have our weaknesses. Some people are great when talking with people, then there's the person that's not so great it.
